It's expertly seasoned and not at all bland/plain like other burger places. You're getting a huge, beefy, delicious burger that you can't find anywhere else. I don't know what they use to season their beef, but it's definitely worth a try. I loved my mushroom and swiss. When you pair a beef patty with freshly grilled mushrooms and melted, ooey-gooey swiss cheese, you get a flavor profile that can't be beat.
