What a nice little gem we have in Madison! My friend wanted to have some girl time (and drinks) on…read morea Sunday afternoon, so we stopped by. Bethany was bartending, and she was fantastic! She was so helpful and just the sweetest. A guy approached us trying to converse when we were really just trying to talk to each other (he was harmless), but Bethany still kept an eye on us to make sure we were okay, which made me feel really safe. The decor inside was nice: large leather booths and very interesting art. I loved the beaver Mona Lisa at the back entrance (or at least I think it's a beaver lol). Maybe it was a little empty because of the day/time, but it was nice to be able to have a conversation with my friend without having to scream over a ton of people or loud music. They do have live music on certain days if you like that kind of thing, but Sunday was super chill. There's also a QR code on the tables that leads to a menu for the food truck parked outside. They bring the food right to you, so it's very convenient to have a snack while you're drinking. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I'm glad I no longer have to drive 30 minutes and pay $30 for parking just to have a drink.

The bar does not serve food, but there is always a local food truck outside where you can purchase food. I went on the Grand Opening Night. There was a live band playing covers of Fleetwood Mac. The bar has non alcoholic drinks and non alcoholic beers. There are comfy couch type seats as well as bar high tops. You order at the bar, and the bar has a good mixture of German beers as well as cocktails. Another perk for me was that the youngest age group was millennials.

Great place for people in the day who may be remote working and just want to get out of the house for a while. Evening and night crowd are great as well. Very sociable place and people will invite ya into conversation. There is also coffee, tea, mocktails, kratom, some light packaged snacks. Very clean environment. The owners and team take great care in ensuring safety of guests and consumption of products are done with care. I love Karaoke nights on Thursday, but they sometimes do Trivia on Tuesday. Great place, good company, and new passages! See ya around, say hey.

I had never heard of terms like Kava or Kratom and had no clue on what or even how to order this. Peyton the "Kavatender" as he called himself was an absolute dear and gave me a complimentary House bowl of Kava. I can only describe it as an earthy and healthier version of Matcha. The house Kratom has to be an acquired taste as I definitely am not used to the bitterness even with all the plant protein powders I take. I ended up trying the Royal Cinnamon Kava which was OMG amazing and the Velvet Shortcake. Dont try it in that order but in reverse as a word of advice. The creaminess of the Royal Cinnamon is addicting.... Just dont ask how msny calories lol
