On June 24, 2013 I experienced a true emergency. I was traveling from Houston to Beaumont when I struck an object in the road. At first I thought I just had 2 flat tires. When I found a place to replace 24" tires I was relieved, only for a brief moment. When Henry removed the tires I was informed that I had cracked and dented my boyfriends rims. OMG..what was I going to do. Henry help calm me down and because that rim style was discontinued he assisted me in picking out a replacement pair that my boyfriend would like and I wouldn't have to sell a kidney to purchase. When I returned home and explained what happened...I was given the silent treatment for the remainder of the night and most of the next moment. Outstanding Customer Service. The Manager Henry really treats you with respect. He is always smiling and attentive to each customers needs. You may be having a bad day but when you talk with Henry he really makes you forget about it. The store is always clean and he always makes sure his customers are happy. Any questions you have you can count on him to take time to sit down with you and help you understand what ever it is you are asking. The manager that was there before Henry was horrible but since they placed Henry there I have recommended many of my friends to go there and open accounts and I've even done repeat business all because of the customer service he provides. Me experience with RAT has been very good. When the contract was explained I listened and asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. For those of us who are not able to fork out the cash for a complete new set of tires this place is ideal. Sure you pay more, but pay the bill in 90 days is much less than the other option. Daman has been very helpful to me I have had no problem with him at all. Once I'm pd up which is 3 weeks away, I'll go back for more. read more
