NASCAR Pit Crew experience, pre ordered two tires and made an 8 am appointment, there were several customers there and the service reps were already out in the parking lot receiving customers, 3-4 guys jumped on my 30 year old Land Cruiser and knocked it out fast, they even put one of the less worn tires on the spare which was as old as the truck read more

They tell you they are on a first come first serve basis and then skipped right on by the people who were there first and worked their way backwards to the people who were there first. Guess they are incapable of asking "who's next?" Then they say they will do things in a certain order and then don't, so you think they are done when they aren't. It's completely ridiculous to be the first person there needing a simple rotation which takes fifteen minutes tops and then you end up waiting over an hour because they can't do something as simple as going by who actually came first. read more

I was promptly greeted by Obi in the waiting area. I told him about the issue with the nail in the right rear tire and he promptly started gathering all the info on my truck. I have been dealing with Discount Tire for years and have always had great service at all the service stores I've done business with. I have the road hazard policy so anytime you have a problem with nails or other things you can bring your vehicle in to get your tire repaired. You can also come in every 10-15,000 miles and they will rotate and balance your tires at no cost. If for some reason they can't repair your tire due to a nail or damage they will get you a replacement tire at a discounted price based on tread wear. I also get my new tires here and airways get good prices. They will also give you breaks if you have been with them for a long time too! read more

They rip you off by telling you you need new tires when you don't. I'm a woman and I'm sure that has something to do with it so I went somewhere else and guess what? You got it! read more

I want to give this shop Cudo's on their service and hospitality. I went in with a tire that needed to be replaced. A gentleman addressed me as soon as I walked through the door. I saw him do the same throughout my wait with other customers coming through the door. He helped me choose tire(s) and I can say I trusted his suggestions to me. I believe that he was being honest and not just trying to sell tires. This location was loaded with customers, they told me the wait was 45 minutes to an hour. I think I waited maybe 20 minutes. The gentleman who worked on my car was also very pleasant. I think this shop is one of the best Discount Tires that I've ever been in. They have enough workers to deal with all customers in a timely and very friendly manner. Keep up the good Work!!! read more

We were on a long road trip and somehow got a gash in our tire. We're tired and just want to go home. The last thing we want to do is stop and wait hours to get our tire repaired. But, we have no choice. You cannot go wrong with discount tire. We were in and out in 30 mins. As usual the staff is incredibly polite and professional! We've found this to be true among every Discount Tire we've visited anywhere we've been. Well done! And thank you! read more

This place is quick, thorough, and staffed with some friendly and helpful ass people! You can check tire stock and pricing on the website, order tires, make appointments, just about everything but get the tires put on! There is a large waiting area with magazines, restrooms, and bottled water for your wait. The mall, several restaurants, target, academy etc is all within walking distance of there is an extended wait (which there often is, but they are fairly quick!). They offer texts and calls when your vehicle is complete, so there is no harm in wandering off and enjoying yourself while you wait, or running some errands. They do often have a long hour-2 + wait, so I'd suggest trying to make an appointment online before coming in to expedite your visit. Tl;dr This place is great! Make an appointment online if you're in a time crunch! read more

Very nice people but I had to wait over an hour only to watch a hand full of customers being served. Was told oh your next several times only to watch other peoples vehicles get serviced! took over 2 hours just to get tires put on!!!! Horrible wait time! read more

I needed 4 - 255/55R18 BF Goodrich Sport T/A tires before leaving on vacation on Saturday morning, the Team at this Discount Tire had to special order these tires on Thursday and install on Friday. Not only did they order and receive the tires, they matched the price I got quoted at Sam's Club (but who couldn't get them here in time) without any hassle at all, installed them and when my car wouldn't start, they helped me jump it. Special shoutout to Cody and Christoper for going above and beyond to help me and for exceptionally great customer service, they are truly a great team! read more

I started buying tires from this shop several decades ago. I believed that they were honest and hard working. I no longer believe that to be true. The charges that they add to the price they quote are incredible. It is like placing an order at a restaurant only to find that the waiter has tacked an extra $20.00 to the bill for use of a fork. I will not be back. read more

Quick service, fixed the nail in my tire for free. And had a barely used tire for a 1/3 the price of a new one. I needed to replace a different tire anyways so I went with it. Tyler was great and took great care of us read more

Phenomenal team! Specifically Nick. I had to get a wheel changed and he was very accommodating and responsive throughout the experience. Between reordering and getting it changed, 10/10 customer service. They will be my new discount tire of choice. read more

Friendly staff. Pretty reasonable tires. But be careful of the hidden fees. We purchase 4 tires - the "extras" were $50/ tire. 1/3 price of tires. Watch that and be careful of the hidden New tires again - told would take 2 hours took 4 1/2 Today rotate tires told would take 1/2 hours still not done 2 1/2 hours later. Will find another tire place read more

I can safely say I've never had a bad experience at discount tire. The service is always good, prices are fair and they get the job done. Got a brand new set of tires with them with road hazard. A few weeks later one had a nail in the sidewall, they replaced it no questions asked. I couldn't say that about many other places. read more

I left my home heading to the Houston airport when my tire light came on. Anthony was so polite when I told him my concern. Right away he checked the pressure on the front tires and suggested that they take a better look at the front passenger tire. He listened when I said I was heading to the airport and his since of urgency was greater than mine. Before I could get checked into the front he had my car in the bay and had found the problem, a nail in the side. He probably saved us from a terrible accident because he takes his job seriously. We were in and out in record time it didn't seem like even 20 min. Thanks to Anthony and Jaylon for their amazing customer service we made the flight on time! Discount Tire please do whatever it takes to keep these guys. They are worth it! read more

Today I called and made an appointment to buy a tire for my truck. I called and told them I would be there in 20 min. I show up and walk up to the counter where no one was waiting. The guy behind the counter told me to take a seat and they would get to me in a few min. A few minutes later more customers had come in. The guy that told me to take a seat came around and put everyone else on his list and totally ignored me. After waiting another 10 minutes, I just left. I went to another tire store and they had my tire changed in about 10 min and it was $50 less. No more Discount Tire for me. read more

Bought 4 new tires...during mounting, they damaged one of my wheels (rims). Said it would be "3-4 days" for new one. Two+ weeks later and no new wheel. Getting tired of waiting read more

No one likes getting a flat tire, especially when time is limited and you're out of town. The guys here are not only professional and fast, they are courteous. Top notch. read more

I have had mixed opinions about this place. We usually have a good experience with minimal wait. We went one time and they didn't even acknowledge us even though there were four people at the counter and no one in line. After waiting 10 minutes, we just left. This last time we went though, they met us in the parking lot and we dropped off our car in less than 1 minute. So it is kinda hit or miss with their service. read more

Piss-poor customer service! We waited and waited after watching several cars pull up and be greeted and serviced before us! Even after explaining that we arrived well before several other customers, we were told, "there's only one car ahead of you; it shouldn't be long." And still we saw others arrive and be serviced before us! Complete BS!! read more

The guys here were really nice and crazy fast. My situation was a little more complicated - got a flat on a rental car so I brought the tire in but they were having to work with the rental car company to get payment. They made it so easy and I was in and out in maybe 20 mins. read more

If you dont have an appointment stay away, worse than a doctor's office. Will start going elsewhere

Beyond amazing customer service. Had a problem with 2 of my tires. They warrantied those 2 out for me no problem. Since my truck is a 4x4 its better to change all 4 instead of just 2. They cut me a great deal on the rear tires and walked out with 4 brand new tires. Been using them since i was 16 and will always continue to use them without a doubt. Plus a added benefit with Discount is they are everywhere so when im traveling im near one if i ever need one. read more

I work for a local company that has a fleet of about 20 vehicles. I am there three to four times a month having tires serviced. These guys really know what they are doing. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. Even when they have been extremely busy, these guys are humping it out in the shop, my longest wait time was just about an hour. I have a little tire experience and background, I can tell you that the sales guys have never tried to "B.S." me and sale me something that I don't need. Professional operation. read more

The guys were realy friendly. They even met me at my car. I had never been to a Discount tire before yet the repaired my tire for free and had me back on the road again in less than an hour. What a great group of guys. I will definitely be back for any future tire needs. read more

My Flat tire light came on after picking up my kids from school, oh boy. A preschooler, a 2nd grader and a flat tire. I pulled in to the Parkdale mall Discount tire and was greeted at my vehicle. The employee inspects the tire and not stop a screw in the tread. He then asked if it would be OK to inspect the rest of the tires (I'm thinking he's about to try and sell me something). He then takes me up front showed me that my tires are still in good condition. He offers to fix my flat tire at no cost and check the air in the other tires. The best part is that this location had a children's area with children's books and toys to keep my kids occupied for the 30 minuets I was there. I will definitely be back. read more

At 6:45pm I pulled in with a blowout on my trailer. They closed at 6 but were stll finishing up other customers. I told them I was from out of town and Stan said no problem. By 7:00pm the tire was installed and I was on my way to Leesville, La. Stan was a tremendous help and the guys were very courteous and helpful! You can beat these guys! read more
