Imagine being charged at every place you visit simply because they use a computer to help you even dealerships don't do that. Also having surcharge for using debit/credit cards is illegal in the state of Texas. It is not the responsibility of customers to cover those charges. This place will charge you every penny they possibly can. They would charge a fee if you stood inside their office if that was possible. AVOID PLZ go to another small shop that don't scam you.

I asked them to check the fluid in the differential and he told me they did. I was watching and the mechanic didn't pull a single wrench on the diff. So I decide to try again with another vehicle of mine today @ 2:30/2:45pm. I pulled in, he asked me was I there for. When I told him coolant flush he laughed and said not on a Saturday at 4: 0clock. IT was 2:30pm. He asked me to pop the hood. He made a statement someone been working on this vehicle. I told him it was me. He told me what was loose. I wasn't there for that and didn't ask him about it. He Bryan(owner) I think is his name. Proceeded to tell me how he couldn't do the job. He was rude about it. I told him close it up. He was still talking to me for some reason. At this point I wasn't going to expose myself to his attitude anymore. I guess when you own a successful business you can turn people away. I would like to mention I emailed prior to showing up. The fact that I did not get an email reply makes it worse. So your business model is laugh at a customer infront of people then tear appart how shitty of a job the vehicles owner did trying to repair it? I decided to use Christian brothers for the first time to fix ac. I dropped car off yesterday and got it back today. Now just like any mechanic they're going to be pricey but their customer service made up for it. The older gentleman that checked me in was very nice and they even offered a ride to drop off and pick up from rental car place. I'll definitely go back when and if the time comes

Placed the weights in the exact location required while slowly turning tire on the machine to make sure the weights were in the correct place. Would definitely go back there again. New stems too.
