Poor work provided. Appointments at 4 or after not recommended. Will try to talk you out of scheduling your appointment at that time. Will not provide service at their best just to rush and close. Got an alignment and saw how the worker was checking a tire while checking out. Drove to the parking lot across the street after rcvn services to see what the working may have been spraying over, found a nail in the tire the worker was spraying over/chkn. Assuming because they were ready to close he did not find it important to mention the sight of the nail. Went back the following week to get the nail removed and have another alignment done. In btwn time I lost absolutely no air from the tire per psi. After rcvn the tire repair my tire began to loose air the same day per psi. Returned the following day to have the tire checked and instead of fixing the poor repair they claimed there was a new puncture. Without trying to explain the type of puncture/show it, they insisted I should get a new tire and that they could not repair it. I cannot wait to clear and close my account with Firestone. read more

I have always had good luck with firestone and they offer some other minor vehicle services like oil changes, brakes and alignment. Definitely scope the Internet for some coupons prior to pulling the trigger on a new tire purchase. Not only can you find coupons for firestone but sometimes even from the manufacturer on the tires your interested in! So I just picked up my vehicle after having the tires balanced and rotated (which I highly recommend you buying the lifetime balancing when you buy tires because every 5000 miles comes quick!) and the guy up front who was very nice said I may need to look at getting a new battery. Something along the lines of it should read 650 and it's only reading 520. I thanked him for the input and declined. Drove to autozone with my buddy and tested my battery which was 100% solid. Now I now these places have to make there money somehow and maybe a new battery isn't a terrible idea but just make sure to get a second opinion on what these places tell you ya need. But hey grandpa shoulda already told you that! read more

I showed up Monday for my 9AM appointment & was taken right in. This being 2 days before July 4, the place was swamped. As I waited I had time to observe the service writers interacting with the customers. I was impressed. They were courteous & helpful. They explained to each new customer that they were swamped & the wait would be long. I had the ball joints replaced, front end aligned, 4 new tires mounted & balanced & was ready to go in under 3 hours. They didnt try to over sell or over charge me. I would not recommend this location to anyone! They do not honor their appointment times! Scheduled appointment for 9 am car did not hit bay until 945! Scheduled a simple oil change and tire rotation that came with the previous tire purchase! Tech had car on the rack for a hour and 15 minutes. After sitting with tires off for 20 minutes they decided to try and sell me a brake change! Another negative was having to listen to the upfront manager con the other people waiting just as long as i have! Witness a customer wait 2 plus hours for a battery change! I recommend trying any other oil and lube first! This is the worse I have ever seen! read more
