Always fast turnaround and great service here!! Been taking my vehicle here for three of the four years I've lived in Beaumont

I have used this business for the last 20 years and today was my last visit. Last time I was at the shop the owner short with me. I asked them to check the fluid in the differential and he told me they did. I was watching and the mechanic didn't pull a single wrench on the diff. So I decide to try again with another vehicle of mine today @ 2:30/2:45pm. I pulled in, he asked me was I there for. When I told him coolant flush he laughed and said not on a Saturday at 4: 0clock. IT was 2:30pm. He asked me to pop the hood. He made a statement someone been working on this vehicle. I told him it was me. He told me what was loose. I wasn't there for that and didn't ask him about it. He Bryan(owner) I think is his name. Proceeded to tell me how he couldn't do the job. He was rude about it. I told him close it up. He was still talking to me for some reason. At this point I wasn't going to expose myself to his attitude anymore. I guess when you own a successful business you can turn people away. I would like to mention I emailed prior to showing up. The fact that I did not get an email reply makes it worse. So your business model is laugh at a customer infront of people then tear appart how shitty of a job the vehicles owner did trying to repair it? This isn't the first time or second time the owners be short with me and my questions. I wont be back. read more

This place was amazing. They have reasonable prices, great customer service, and the people are very polite the owner even opened the door for me To get in the car. I had battery troubles with a pretty new battery I got from here while I was stuck a few hours away. I had to get a new battery from somewhere else and decided to bring the old one down and turn it in to them while I was getting my oil changed, they gave me my oil change for free and gave me store credit for the battery. I truly wasn't expecting them to be so accommodating and was pleasantly surprised. I really wish there was one of these near where I live now because it's the only place I would ever go. read more

When searching for mechanics / lube shops it is extremely rare to find one with 5 star rating. Especially with 25+ reviews. Well from the moment you get there you understand why they are rated so highly. The guys are so knowledgeable and down to earth. Chris - find him or Brian. They are incredible and they will shoot you straight. Many of them have over two decades working there. That kind of continuity speaks volumes for how awesome this shop is. I got an oil change, fuel filters replaced, and rain x wiper blades. All for 250 tax included. Everywhere else wanted close to 500$ for that. Plus free car wash! I have brought my vehicle here twice now, and each visit I was very pleased with the experience. The first visit I pulled into the driveway and an attendant came out to reet me and find out what all I wanted done to my vehicle. I told him I wanted an oil change and the tires rotated. There was one car ahead of me, so he told me I could go inside and he would get my car in soon. It was somewhat busy that day, but it was finished in 30 minutes or so. When it was finished, I went to the window to settle up, and the guy there gave me a complete run-down of everything they checked and filled. It was a very reasonable price for the service they did on my car, but it was even sweeter when I was told a free car wash was included with the oil change. That was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and seemed to know what they were doing there. My second visit was just last week and was much the same. The only difference was I only wanted an oil change. Still the staff was courteous and professional. All areas of the facility I saw was clean and neat looking. Even what I saw of the work bays were very clean. There is no doubt in my mind I will be a return customer here. Clean, friendly, professional, and just overall great customer service. No wonder they get great reviews. Outstanding! read more

We moved to the Beaumont area about 6 months ago. This is the first place I used for an oil change when we first arrived here and it was awesome. I used them because of their awesome Yelp reviews (which I'm hoping more people get into doing because we're from Austin and Yelp proves such an important resource!). Well, I just went there for the second time today (4/1/2016), during my lunchbreak(!), which is the real test, and they had me in and out so quickly. Afterward, I still had time to go by the gas station AND grab some food/drink at Rao's bakery (and still got back to the office early). The service at this place is phenomenal. They communicate with you just the right amount. What I mean by that is, when I first showed, they greeted me and gave me specific instructions on where to pull in, etc. They asked if I needed an oil change, I said yes, and they took the keys. They didn't interrupt me to do awkward sales pitching every 5 minutes or anything like that. When it was done, they called my name, explained a potential rebate (very helpful about it), and held the door when I got into my car. I know a company is only as good as the employees/management at that particular moment. Well, at this moment, this is the best place I've ever been for an oil change (and I've lived a few places around Texas). I'll keep going there and recommending them as long as they keep up such amazing work. read more

I used to come here when I lived in Beaumont ever since I first started driving. I've since moved to Houston but happened to be in Bmt and needed an oil change so i stopped by. I drive a Diesel so the $20 oil change doesn't apply to me but their service is fast, the guys that work there are very friendly and the manager (or maybe owner) gave me a few tips about my car that I didn't even know. This is was exactly the way I remember it being back in '97.I even got a free car wash with my oil change which was unexpected. I'd like to find a place that offers service like that and a free car wash in Houston. If I lived in Bmt, they'd get all my business. read more

I have relied on P&M for oil and air filter changes for several years now, and (despite having moved to a different city) I still zip by if it is time for a change and I am in town. Always the ultimate professionals, I have never been disappointed in the service I receive there. Anytime I have questions, the staff is willing to answer them and I have never felt 'talked down to' ... something I cannot say about other car maintenance places I have visited in the past. I find their pricing to be reasonable, and enjoy visiting with others in the waiting area while my car is serviced. It is also nice to receive the free car wash from Bay Bright (down the road) as a perk after getting my oil changed. read more

I've only been there a couple of times but the crew always greets you with a smile and they're quick. Got my oil change at a good price and I liked how they always go in detail on what service they did on your vehicle. Plus you get a free carwash which is a bonus. Only bad thing I would say is that there is no seating. Other then that I would totally recommend this place. read more

I was traveling from Louisiana to Texas and while there I decided to get my oil changed. Since I'm not familiar with the area, I thought I would just get help from the yelp community. Had my oil changed in less than 15 min they checked everything in my car and I got a full service free car wash!! Best place ever, I'm impressed with these guys and they didn't try to upsale me on more expensive oils or other items they were honest and to the point. I recommend going here for your car needs. I went for an oil change and inspection. I pulled up without an appointment. They were packed but it only took an hour. Every person I spoke with was really friendly. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. They changed what needed to be changed and filled what needed to be filled. All in all, the cost was 72 (I use full synthetic oil). I will definitely go here again. read more
