I have used this business for the last 20 years and today was my last visit. Last time I was at the shop the owner short with me. I asked them to check the fluid in the differential and he told me they did. I was watching and the mechanic didn't pull a single wrench on the diff. So I decide to try again with another vehicle of mine today @ 2:30/2:45pm. I pulled in, he asked me was I there for. When I told him coolant flush he laughed and said not on a Saturday at 4: 0clock. IT was 2:30pm. He asked me to pop the hood. He made a statement someone been working on this vehicle. I told him it was me. He told me what was loose. I wasn't there for that and didn't ask him about it. He Bryan(owner) I think is his name. Proceeded to tell me how he couldn't do the job. He was rude about it. I told him close it up. He was still talking to me for some reason. At this point I wasn't going to expose myself to his attitude anymore. I guess when you own a successful business you can turn people away. I would like to mention I emailed prior to showing up. The fact that I did not get an email reply makes it worse. So your business model is laugh at a customer infront of people then tear appart how shitty of a job the vehicles owner did trying to repair it? This isn't the first time or second time the owners be short with me and my questions. I wont be back. read more

I have lived in Beaumont for 4 years and I have always used your service for an oil change. Today while the temperature was 99 degrees a lady asked me to turn off my car cutting my AC while I waited to get an oil change and then I told her I had a very old man and my dogs in my car that it was dangerous for me to turn off the car while I waited several minutes to wait for my turn, then another man came and asked me to turn off the car, then he saw who I had in the car, he said you can leave your car on while you wait and then an angry middle age man with a beard knocked on my window and asked me to turn off the car, and I told him we can die in this heat and he told me again to turn off the car so I told him I will just leave and he said ok, but when I left I rolled down my window and asked the white people to my right and left if they had their car turned off and they said no. THEY WERE ONLY TARGETING MEXICANS. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. read more

I had battery troubles with a pretty new battery I got from here while I was stuck a few hours away. I had to get a new battery from somewhere else and decided to bring the old one down and turn it in to them while I was getting my oil changed, they gave me my oil change for free and gave me store credit for the battery. I truly wasn't expecting them to be so accommodating and was pleasantly surprised. I really wish there was one of these near where I live now because it's the only place I would ever go. read more

When searching for mechanics / lube shops it is extremely rare to find one with 5 star rating. Especially with 25+ reviews. Well from the moment you get there you understand why they are rated so highly. The guys are so knowledgeable and down to earth. Chris - find him or Brian. They are incredible and they will shoot you straight. Many of them have over two decades working there. That kind of continuity speaks volumes for how awesome this shop is. I got an oil change, fuel filters replaced, and rain x wiper blades. All for 250 tax included. Everywhere else wanted close to 500$ for that. Plus free car wash! We moved to the Beaumont area about 6 months ago. This is the first place I used for an oil change when we first arrived here and it was awesome. I used them because of their awesome Yelp reviews (which I'm hoping more people get into doing because we're from Austin and Yelp proves such an important resource!). Well, I just went there for the second time today (4/1/2016), during my lunchbreak(!), which is the real test, and they had me in and out so quickly. Afterward, I still had time to go by the gas station AND grab some food/drink at Rao's bakery (and still got back to the office early). The service at this place is phenomenal. They communicate with you just the right amount. What I mean by that is, when I first showed, they greeted me and gave me specific instructions on where to pull in, etc. They asked if I needed an oil change, I said yes, and they took the keys. They didn't interrupt me to do awkward sales pitching every 5 minutes or anything like that. When it was done, they called my name, explained a potential rebate (very helpful about it), and held the door when I got into my car. I know a company is only as good as the employees/management at that particular moment. Well, at this moment, this is the best place I've ever been for an oil change (and I've lived a few places around Texas). I have brought my vehicle here twice now, and each visit I was very pleased with the experience. The first visit I pulled into the driveway and an attendant came out to reet me and find out what all I wanted done to my vehicle. I told him I wanted an oil change and the tires rotated. There was one car ahead of me, so he told me I could go inside and he would get my car in soon. It was somewhat busy that day, but it was finished in 30 minutes or so. When it was finished, I went to the window to settle up, and the guy there gave me a complete run-down of everything they checked and filled. It was a very reasonable price for the service they did on my car, but it was even sweeter when I was told a free car wash was included with the oil change. That was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and seemed to know what they were doing there. My second visit was just last week and was much the same. The only difference was I only wanted an oil change. Still the staff was courteous and professional. All areas of the facility I saw was clean and neat looking. Even what I saw of the work bays were very clean. There is no doubt in my mind I will be a return customer here. Clean, friendly, professional, and just overall great customer service. No wonder they get great reviews. Outstanding! read more

I used to come here when I lived in Beaumont ever since I first started driving. I've since moved to Houston but happened to be in Bmt and needed an oil change so i stopped by. I drive a Diesel so the $20 oil change doesn't apply to me but their service is fast, the guys that work there are very friendly and the manager (or maybe owner) gave me a few tips about my car that I didn't even know. This is was exactly the way I remember it being back in '97.I even got a free car wash with my oil change which was unexpected. I'd like to find a place that offers service like that and a free car wash in Houston. If I lived in Bmt, they'd get all my business. read more

I have relied on P&M for oil and air filter changes for several years now, and (despite having moved to a different city) I still zip by if it is time for a change and I am in town. Always the ultimate professionals, I have never been disappointed in the service I receive there. Anytime I have questions, the staff is willing to answer them and I have never felt 'talked down to' ... something I cannot say about other car maintenance places I have visited in the past. I find their pricing to be reasonable, and enjoy visiting with others in the waiting area while my car is serviced. Got my oil change at a good price and I liked how they always go in detail on what service they did on your vehicle. Plus you get a free carwash which is a bonus. I recommend going here for your car needs. I went for an oil change and inspection. I pulled up without an appointment. They were packed but it only took an hour. Every person I spoke with was really friendly. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. They changed what needed to be changed and filled what needed to be filled. All in all, the cost was 72 (I use full synthetic oil). I will definitely go here again. read more
