Fast forward to today. My husband ran over something large and hard at 70 mph. Hit was so hard it popped the needle off of the speedometer in the dash. Managed to get it into see Joshua. Wasn't good news but he gave me 2 options. First was the minimum that needed to be done. Second was an additional item that really should be done. All said and done, more than I wanted to spend but I still feel he was very fair in his pricing. Been driving the van for a few days now and am very happy with the results. Plus, I have the peace of mind knowing I won't be chewing up my tires every few thousand miles. Just as a side note. I did research Cortez Car Care and discovered something amazing. They have been members of the BBB for 23 yrs this year and have not had one single complaint lodged against them in all that time. In any auto related field, especially repair/maintenance, that is a record to be very proud of. Just tells me that they are doing things right and have customer satisfaction very high on their priority list.

If you're on Eastex Fwy, exit at Lucas. Pass Beaumont Radiator & shortly after you'll see the yellow Lube Shop "Entrance" sign on the right. If you see Z-Tech or Target, you've gone too far. If you miss it like I did the first time, just take a u-turn at Dowlen & try again.

In no time he had me turning on the headlights, signals, and windshield wipers. Once he was done I was told to pull my car on into the shop.
