Fast forward to today. My husband ran over something large and hard at 70 mph. Hit was so hard it popped the needle off of the speedometer in the dash. Managed to get it into see Joshua. Wasn't good news but he gave me 2 options. First was the minimum that needed to be done. Second was an additional item that really should be done. All said and done, more than I wanted to spend but I still feel he was very fair in his pricing. Been driving the van for a few days now and am very happy with the results. Plus, I have the peace of mind knowing I won't be chewing up my tires every few thousand miles. Just as a side note. I did research Cortez Car Care and discovered something amazing. They have been members of the BBB for 23 yrs this year and have not had one single complaint lodged against them in all that time. In any auto related field, especially repair/maintenance, that is a record to be very proud of. Just tells me that they are doing things right and have customer satisfaction very high on their priority list.

The impact broke the passenger tie rod and made the truck in drivable. My Son called around, not knowing where we could take it and have it completed that day, so we had transportation to get home. He called Precision and spoke to Ray. He said to have it brought to them and they would have it done, in a couple hours, no worries. Sure enough, it was done in about 2 hours, it was very cost efficient and Ray and the guys were AWESOME! I can't recommend these guys and this place any higher! If I have ANY future " Oh Crap" issues with my truck and I'm down that way, this is where I will be taking my vehicle! I will also have my Family, down there use them as well!

Got home and thought maybe I should check to make sure I got a new filter, tight oil drain plug. Was ok but when you get a grease job you can see fresh clean top of zerts where grease is put in. Well all of them were un touched dirty. Had to go back and got a rash of words and finally got the job done. They don't need my business or money for very poor service. Do your self a favor, don't go there
