I was in the area celebrating a birthday with Family, I'm from Plantersville, up by Houston. It was raining and slick, I lost control of my 2014 Silverado and went up and over a curb, HARD! The impact broke the passenger tie rod and made the truck in drivable. My Son called around, not knowing where we could take it and have it completed that day, so we had transportation to get home. He called Precision and spoke to Ray. He said to have it brought to them and they would have it done, in a couple hours, no worries. Sure enough, it was done in about 2 hours, it was very cost efficient and Ray and the guys were AWESOME! I can't recommend these guys and this place any higher! If I have ANY future " Oh Crap" issues with my truck and I'm down that way, this is where I will be taking my vehicle! I will also have my Family, down there use them as well! read more

One time there was enough for me to know that this place is a game. Ask and paid for oil and filter change. I ask if they did a grease job on the front end and paid for that also. Got home and thought maybe I should check to make sure I got a new filter, tight oil drain plug. Was ok but when you get a grease job you can see fresh clean top of zerts where grease is put in. Well all of them were un touched dirty. Had to go back and got a rash of words and finally got the job done. They don't need my business or money for very poor service. Do your self a favor, don't go there read more

0/5 Stars. Do not use this company. There's a lack of customer service. I had to file a formal complaint with corporate and after being mistreated by the manager of all people. Ray, the manager, lies on customers to save themself from the consequences of how rudely that unprofessional they treat customers. My serpentine belt broke, leaving me looking for a tow and mechanic on a Saturday. I called the precision on Twin City and asked for an estimate on the service and I was rudely hung up on by the manger for asking what the OME estimate would be if I got the part there. I then proceeded to call 3 other times and each time the manager, Ray, hung up on me. The last time I called and asked to speak to a manager, which turned out to be Ray. I asked to speak to a different manager or to have corporate's number. he scoffed at me and told me to Google it before handing up on me. read more

I have been dealing with Precision Tune for a couple years and they have been one of the most honest places that I have ever used. On more than one occasion they have did minor repairs at no charge. I went up there this morning with my lawn mower, I couldn't get the blades off. They put it on a rack, changed the blades, no charge! You don't get service like that anywhere. read more

I took my 2004 Chrysler T & C to this location to have my front brakes checked. At first it was determined that I, indeed needed new brakes. Shortly thereafter, I was told I also needed rotors. It took about 2 hours to complete the job and I then drove the 6 miles back to the house. When I got out of the car, I saw that the left front wheel was smoking! I called them back and was told to bring my car back in. By the time I got back there, the left front wheel was on fire! They put out the fire, put the car on the rack and then I was told it was my caliper that caused the whole issue! In total, It cost me $555 to get out of there and I had to take it to another garage where I was told the right front caliper and wheel were hot enough to catch on fire too! That cost another $330. I have contacted their headquarters three times and so far, all they are saying is, "too bad, so sad" and that I should have brought it in a third time. Their "customer" service department is non existent and I will never go back there! read more

All said and done, more than I wanted to spend but I still feel he was very fair in his pricing. Been driving the van for a few days now and am very happy with the results. Plus, I have the peace of mind knowing I won't be chewing up my tires every few thousand miles. Just as a side note. I did research Cortez Car Care and discovered something amazing. They have been members of the BBB for 23 yrs this year and have not had one single complaint lodged against them in all that time. In any auto related field, especially repair/maintenance, that is a record to be very proud of. More than a decade ago, I brought my 2005 Ram 1500 to Modica Bros. after my A/C stopped cooling at…read moreidle. I would get cool air while driving but nothing but hot air when stopped. After a "thorough" inspection, I was told the entire A/C system needed to be replaced. The technician even joked that at least I wouldn't have to pay since it was a company truck, pointing at the magnets on the door. When I explained it was my personal vehicle, he "took another look" and suddenly said I only needed a new condenser and recharge at about half the price. That didn't sit right with me, so I paid the diagnostic fee and left. After talking with my wife, she told me about Bill's Garage in Port Neches, a shop highly recommended by her co-workers. I brought my truck there and spoke with Ricky. Even though they were extremely busy and couldn't get me in for a couple of weeks, he took a few minutes to look at it in the parking lot. He had me start the truck and turn on the A/C. When nothing happened, he reached in, tapped the fan a few times, and immediately the truck started blowing cold air. He explained there was nothing wrong with the condenser. The real issue was the radiator cooling fan or fan clutch not providing airflow at idle. He told me he could fix it for around $250, but also suggested I could buy the part myself for about $100 and replace it on my own. I did exactly that, and it fixed the problem completely. Fast forward to last August, I purchased a 2022 Chevy 2500 HD with about 45,000 miles from a Chevy dealership. Recently, I brought it back to the dealer for what I believed was a radiator leak. I was told it wasn't covered and was quoted $1,800 for a new radiator, along with a diagnostic fee. Once again, I took it to Bill's Garage. They pressure-tested the system and found the radiator was fine. The actual problem was a leaking A/C condenser, a far less expensive repair they could handle quickly. Over the years, I've trusted Bill's Garage with my vehicles, my wife's, and my kids'. They have consistently proven to be honest, fair, and highly skilled. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

There is a Laredo Taco here as well as your typical large clean convenience store. Gas prices here are somewhere between average and less than average for the region, but the best thing about it is that it has that amazing Tex-Mex food, such as the chorizo and egg taco, which is one of my favourites, and so this is one of my favourite stops when I'm in Port Arthur for that reason. Sometimes for gas too.

About a week ago I brought in my pos Hyundai Elantra it's got its issues ofc but it's paid off id rather fix it then pay a car note yk, recently it runs when it wants to. It would work perfectly one moment and the next wouldn't run at all. I hâte going to shops/dealerships because they try to rip me off, overcharge me or tell me i have no idea what i'm talking about when i bring in my car for a certain issue. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CARS THATS WHY I BRING IT IN BUT IM A YOUNG WOMAN SO WHAT I SAY DONT MATTER. But precision tune auto care on the other hand i would trust them with any car i ever have from here on out. Ray explained everything in so much detail it feels like i went to school to lean about it and the prices are not outrageous either!
