Jarell came out to help me with some battery trouble when I couldn't start my car after dropping my dog off at the vet. He got to me super quick, like 10 minutes. We got the truck jump started, but I needed a new battery. I also had to be at work, so I did not have time to go get one and install it. MY SAVIOR, Jarell, was able to handle all that. Well when i picked my car up it had a funny sound when cranking it, so went back there, they admitted to putting a remanufactured starter but also said if i wanted a new starter i had to an additional $100. Now mind you they charged me $278.99 for remanufactured starter, when i could have gotten a brand new one $239.99.. Just make sure to question if your parts are NEW OR REMANUFACTURED because they won't tell you. If the starter wouldn't have been making the noise it's making i wouldn't have known either... Who knows where they got those "ceramic" brakes from. They certainly have metal in them. Otherwise they wouldn't be squeaking so much.
