My wife and I were on our way out of Lafayette after a long Saturday of driving down from North Louisiana, taking care of our business and then heading back home about 7:00pm. We didn't get more than a few miles before a flat tire stopped us. I'm 72 and had not put on a spare in a decade or so. I was about to attempt it when a Good Samaritan showed up and got the temporary tire on (God bless him). But we weren't going far on the temp. So it was back to a hotel for the night and me wondering where the heck we would find a suitable tire on Sunday morning. Late that night I searched online and saw these great reviews for Tire Tech and the magic numbers "24-7". First thing in the morning I called them, and Chance from Tire Tech came out in about 45 minutes. Since we did not run long on our flat tire and do any damage, he was able to break the tire down and apply a patch. I was driving home on 167 and hit a drainage culvert. I got an immediate flat tire and damaged rim. I was alone and in a panic. I called the roadside assistance that I subscribed to with my dealership. I waited for over an hour for them to pick up the call. I finally got through. It took another 40 minutes for the agent to get all the vehicle information and my location. He told me he would send assistance. I waited another two hours in sweltering heat; the area was under a heat advisory. I gave up and called Tire Tech Service. My call was answered immediately by Keith, and he was so nice. The cost to fix my tire on a Sunday was acceptable. He said that he would dispatch someone who should arrive in 30 minutes. The technician arrived and changed my tire in no time. This couple is amazing profe and patient. I can not say enough great things about my experience. they were able to bring the tire to me and put it on where I was. they had options for me instead of me just flat out buying a new tire from them and playing on my desperation. God bless people like this I priced several other roadside assistant companies, and all they wanted to do was just put the spare on that's without filling it up if it needed air or checking for it safety. And charging an arm and a leg I paid less for this company to come out, do a quick evaluation and put on a new tire that they brought. Called them due to a nail being in the side of my trucks tire around Lotus Garden in Lafayette, LA. (It was reported by people around this location that this wasn't the first time someone had a nail put in the side of a tire there.) They were quick to respond even while taking care of someone else at the time letting us - my significant other and I - know that they would be coming as soon as they were finished. Polite, courteous, respectful, professional. Even apologized for being a little late which during the time we called we were just happy to get back on the road. I caught a flat tire on my way to Texas later in the evening (5ish) and called everybody in town but no one had my tire or could come out to help me . i gave Mr. Keith a call he answered immediately went straight into helping find a tire close enough to fit mines 20 mins later he was pulling up and not only change one tire but help change two !
