Mane say store #7 manager D Brown is the best I always had rims on all my cars nothing under "22" and so I had gotten a new car and me being me I wanted rims on it off the top . But being as was low on funds at the moment I have always heard about rent a tire but never checked them out , but I called them and James answered and told me to stop by and I was a little hectic because I always paid cash for my rims and not paid them out especially paying little as nothing down and leaving with rims on my car . But I came in there and met James and D , and they the coolest dudes you'll ever meet and I felt good about the rental and they wasn't in a rush to just get your money they actually cared about your financial status and to make sure it's affordable and there is a lot of choices on rims that goes with your car.So yea they got a lifetime friend in me ...... so go see James and D naw like FR FR 1 luv read more

I was intrested in purchasing some new wheels and tires so I decide to give rentatire a try. I usually go to discount but I was tired off getting the run around and waiting for minutes just to be helped. So I called and a pleasant lady answered I believe her name was Maria she gathered all my information and informed me that someone would be in contact me with pricing. Not even 5 minutes passed when Jose I believe his name was gave me the information I needed. I came into the store and was greeted by the manager Dee. I asked for Jose but I was informed he was at lunch. I didn't want to wait so I decided to leave but before I could Dee asked what he could to gain my business. After all of my frustration from dealing with other sideline places and them leaving me in this position (flat tire!), constantly spending my hard earned money at the wrong places,and after dodging another place that I would have regretted dealing with,I finally walked into RAW, and when I tell you that D is the truth when it comes to excellence on customer service, patience and understanding, and just getting the job done, because the process was fast and friendly and getting the new rims and tires made me want to keep my car now, because I was so frustrated with it being ugly and all the tire troubles from used, and this is one investment that was well worth it!!! I came into this store looking to see how much it would cost to purchase a rim and tire for my vehicle... The man working here saw that I was at the shelter across the street and struggling. He took me to a room in the back of the store and gave me a used tire and rim that would fit my car. When I asked him how much, he simply asked me to review his service here on yelp. If my car where to be out of commission right now, I would loose my job and have no shelter from the elements.... It's all I have in the world right now. He let him borrow something from the store, and trusted him to come back with it, then help him take care of his tire situation. To know that there are still people out there willing to help others, is priceless. He went above and beyond to help him. I have findly came to my senses and decided to STOP going to Lancaster store. The services was very poorly done ,i had to go to the Arlington because they kept getting my tire sensors wrong. horrible horrible horrible (orlando) does not show leadership or quality at his place off of division. the only thing he should be manager of is a hot dog stand. totally unprofessional. my early payout was $1000 i paid $200 like not even 8 hrs. ago. and i tried to give him $800 today and he told me i owe another $1000 wtf. they def. need to be investigated. so please stay away from orando and that lucrative business.
