I had never thought to rent to own rims and tires until I stopped at the store on Division. I was really just curious on how the process worked which is why I stopped in. D Brown (the store manager) took the time out to explain the entire process including the option to pay off within 90 days. It was astonishing that I could make payments on rims/tires. D was very understanding to my lack of knowledge to the process and made the experience of rent to own very pleasurable! I will definitely return back to this location when I need some new tires. Keep up the GREAT customer service D! read more

Within 4 months of purchasing a full set of tires (purchased in December 2026), the front driver's side developed a bubble. I called on Friday July 31st to request a replacement under warranty and was told it would be in by that Mon/Tues, August 3rd/4th. Living an hour away I told them I would be there Sat morning, August 8th. I arrive to RAWS Wheels & Tires only to be told that the tire had not come in yet. It would have been nice to receive a phone call stating that information! I was told that it would be in on Mon, August 10th at the latest. This time, I called before heading that way. The tire still did not arrive. I was told that it was coming from Kentucky. I called on Tues, Wed, & Thurs (11th, 12th &13th). STILL NO TIRE! Tomorrow, August 14th will be 2 WEEKS!! I am not impressed with RAW Wheels & Tires in Arlington, TX off Division nor will I ever purchase tires from them again. They do not uphold the warranty as should be expected or care about the customer's safety and well-being on the road. I have put in a complaint with the corporate office 1-888-505-8473 and will give them 24 hours to address this issue before filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. read more

I've been to this location a few times and D takes good care of me. I'm always in/out real fast and everyone is very friendly.

Location is awesome. They are quick and their service is friendly. I got approved quickly. D the manager reached out to me first thing the next day after I applied online. They ordered my tires the next day and then install the day after. I totally recommend this location. read more

great customer service. great selection. Dawnotcho really helped me through the process.

Took forever, kept talking on phone instead of helping customers waiting in store.I should have went to another rent a tire

I showed up with zero knowledge about programming, but thankfully Nick, D, and John were incredibly helpful. They took the time to thoroughly and simply explain the program to me. The prices were fair and they were able to put my wheels on the same day. I couldn't be happier with the service and I will definitely be a returning customer. read more

Came in to get new wheels and RAW did not upset! The car looks amazing and they were done within 45 min installing. Totally recommend coming through. read more

If I could give a minus 0 I would . Other than Maria this is the most unprofessional and ridiculous place to get wheels from. I've paid off my wheels in full and will never go back . They put you on hold ... they don't remember conversations and play dumb to th harassing text messages Never again read more

Dee and his staff are super friendly! Any concerns I've had about tires purchased there they've addressed in a professional and courteous way! Not to mention my tires look AMAZING and they weren't super expensive compared to other companies! Tell them Wendy or Loriell sent you when you go! They'll definitely treat you like family!! read more

The manager of this store is rude. We got tires and rims from this location. The rims had visible road rash on them that we werent aware of until we got home. The manager made it seem like the rims were new. When we told the manager about it and told him he was dishonest his response was well i didnt make you get them. After moving to a different area we went to another location and was informed that the information on price was not right and that the manager at this location was not happy about us switching locations. read more

Always have had a good experience at Rent a tire at the location at Division and Robinson. I live in lancaster texas and pass 2 closer locations. The service wasn't the same at either. I started buying tires and wheels here and will continue read more

Took my car in because I woke up with a low tire on my front left side. As I'm watching them check my tires I notice the technician remove the front right tire so I left the counter guy know they're removing the wrong tire. He goes out there to let them know and was informed they saw a nail in that tire so they took initiative to go ahead and fix it. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone else! read more

RAW Wheels & Tires - Great wheels and great service from this business! - Tires Near Me - Arlington, Texas

I just came up here to get an opinion on my rims honestly and see if they had any rims the other location may not have. The Hispanic lady was cool when she came out asked me what I wanted and was cordial then some black lanky dude came out the back I guess cold as ever. Basically sent me out the store off top before I could even ask my questions. just go to the Irving location. Fast forward: I went back due to a flat tire and my experience wasn't anywhere near as horrible. Apparently the black lanky guy was their dick headed manager. If they just find new management I'm sure they won't have any major issues at all. The same woman was there along with another and they were VERY helpful and attentive. read more

Fast and efficient service. D, Maria, and Vester were great. They took good care of us. Second vehicle we've had them take care of. Thanks!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! From the moment we walked in, the manager of the store was rude and condescending; talked to me and my partner with an arrogant attitude. I would NEVER suggest anyone come to this location. No customer service skills WHATSOEVER!!! read more

As a first time customer I had chosen a random day to walk in and see what the process of renting a tire would be like, before my arrival I had recently ate a wonderfully fresh firehouse sub...hook and latter on wheat, no onions, no mustard, and no tomatoes with a chip and drink combo but that's beside the point, me and my husband drive a very pretty pearl white Scion FR-S and as we entered Rent-A-Tire we were met by a very vicariously and very well knowledgeable employee named Erica, she new her shit...helped us through what fits, what color we wanted and also design choices, although we came at a time where inventory was thin they were willing to work with us and really helped us with payment options, these guys work tough and sometimes there are bad days...but there are good days, like a day just eating a nice firehouse sub and skipping work to look for your first rim and tire package on a deal would lead to great customer service and knowledge from the manager D and Miss Erica. Although my rims are being ordered, I'm sure my fr-s will look 10x more pretty! read more

My husband and I are previous customers. It has been since 2011 that we have done businees here. I must say coming back is as much pleasurable than the first visit. We r on a real budget and this business is still a big help in getting brand new tires and wheels. I would tell anyone that is in need of tires and wheels this a good place to go. I would recommend this place to visit. The staff is beautiful to work with. They will help anyway they can... read more

The first time I walked into the store I only received great service, I was promised my rims in a certain amount of time and they came in promptly. Orlando called me back every time I left a message for him, Maria was excellent at explaining the contract with me. I'm very pleased they went over several payment plans to make it very convenient for me. Which saving time & less hassle is always a plus in my books. I'll be recommending my friends to this location :-) read more

Now where do i start. ? Well let's just say that going to this store will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. First of all the service was very poor to demand. I was lied to By the Manager Orlando. Where do we come off as a customer to bye my tire's in one store But told that i can't fix an issue at his store when this place is WORLD WIDE. To fix the issue i had to take my tire to the original store to get the tire fixed,Orlando told me that being i didn't have my car with me i couldn't get a new replacement on a tire from my Road Hazard warrenty. I was told to take the tire 2.1/2 hours away through Dallas Traffic to get this tire replaced when i was already at the store in Garland Texas. Let me mind you this is how it reads on Maintenance, Your are resonible for servicing the property while you are renting, If your a member of Customer VIP program free flat repair, tire rotation, and mount and balance.(YOU MUST BRING THE TIRE TO USFOR REPAIR). NOT ONE PLACE DOES IT SAY I HAVE TO BRING THE CAR IN. AND THAT IS WHAT I WAS TOLD BY ORLANDO. I CRY BS.SIGN PISSED OFF CUSTOMER. AND THE GARLAND STOE FIXED IT THANKS ANDREA. read more

Wish i could give them a zero. They make u get insurance telling u it will cover any damage. Not telling u that it will not be covered if u crack the rim due to hitting a pot hole in the rain. The 600.00 payments a month n u pat 2 to 3 time the cash amount. Not worth it dont go to rent a tire read more
