Last week I took a vehicle in for inspection, when he gave me the invoice, he had included filter changes and brake fluid flush. He would not take charges off and said I would have to bring it back for the service. So he basically charged my company for services not rendered. Then today a dispute over me retrieving my insurance card out of my vehicle. In the end he said, "Go F*** yourself!" He did this in front of Aaron, another employee.
