New oil was put in my truck, washer fluid was topped off and I was sent on my way. Now that is the type of service that makes me want to come back and support the local businesses. Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I had an oil change done at this Jiffy Lube location in February 2026. About five months later, while driving on the freeway in the Texas heat with my toddler in the car, my check engine light came on. I immediately pulled over somewhere safe and had my car towed to a Honda dealership. Honda determined that my oil drain plug had fallen out, causing the engine to become starved of oil and resulting in engine damage. They immediately advised me to contact the facility that had performed my last oil change as this error is predominantly an installation error. I contacted Jiffy Lube, but after conducting their own investigation, they determined they were not responsible and instead pointed fingers at the Honda dealership for not catching the issue when I brought my car there in June for an A/C repair. That visit had absolutely nothing to do with an oil change or my oil drain plug, and I had no reason to have any concerns about my oil at that time. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I trusted Jiffy Lube to properly service my vehicle, and now it's not longer drivable. Rather than taking accountability or seriously addressing the possibility that the plug was not properly installed or secured, the responsibility was shifted to another business for an unrelated service. I have to pay over 10k in repairs for a 2018 car that's I've had for only 2 years that I drive minimally. This was not only an expensive situation, but a disheartening one. I expected better quality and accountability from Jiffy Lube, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

We first arrived and Eric greeted us, very welcoming and friendly. Felt like I was talking to a friend, and no more than a minute later, he told Killian the mechanic and in less than a second, immediately went to check our car, with no questions asked. This for me, was an AMAZING experience, not just because they charged us half what others would for their service, but because of Killians work-ethic in getting straight to the job. I love to see anybody love what they do, and when I seen Killian get to work, I knew this man would get the job done. I am ONLY going here from here on out, and I couldn't recommend coming here enough. GREAT service, and I wish I had more to show my gratitude, but I hope this reaches whoever looks at this, and appreciates the love an individual can have in their craft. 1/5 -- Overquoted, upsold, and the repair didn't work…read more I brought my car here for an emissions inspection. The manager, David, told me I needed $1,600 in repairs to pass. I paid it. After the repair, NEW warning lights came on that weren't there before they worked on my car. David then said I'd need another ~$800 to clear those, and also tried to sell me new control arms I didn't ask about and don't need. When I said the new lights showed up after their work and should be covered under warranty, he blamed me, and I had to ask several times before he'd give my car back. Calling afterward didn't help either. The day after I picked it up, the emissions light came right back on. I took it to an independent shop, which fixed the actual problem for under $100. Then I passed emissions at Kwik Kar of Fort Worth, where the staff were honest and friendly. The delays here also made me late for a court deadline about my registration, which cost me an extra $50. Get a second opinion before paying for anything at this location. Kwik Kar shops are independently owned, and in my experience the difference between locations is night and day.

They were running a special they claimed for brakes 129.99…read more So I called them asking for more information. I already know that I need to replace the rotors. My particular car manufacturer does not have the Rotor's machined. They require you to replace the rotors when you change the brakes. So I told them I would buy the brake pads from them and then I would bring in the Rotors since I know I won't be able to machine them. They refuse to allow you to bring in the rotors. They refuse to give you a price quote for the rotors. I assume it's some kind of astronomical price compared to what you might buy at AutoZone or O'Reillys and they're gonna price gouge on the parts, hoping you're a sucker and don't know better. Furthermore, when I tried to get a price quote. He simply just hung up the phone when you ask too many questions. And he claimed he was the manager. Well, I can tell you, the manager of the store is an asshole and will not be getting my business and will not be getting favorable reviews either.

Didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I like how they're pretty straight to the point to diagnose and repair the issue. The first time I came by was for tire replacement. Turns out I had a bulge in the tire causing my bad steering. Got it done within 30 minutes and I was on my way home. 2nd time I came by was because of loose steering. Informed me that the bushings in the rack and pinion needs replacing. I was told that if I brought the car in the morning they can have it done the same day. Took the car Saturday morning. Gladly I didn't live that far so I can just walk to the shop. I waited for a call to pick up my car but did not get one that Saturday. I tried to call but no answer. Monday came along and they said the car will be done by end of day. I was slightly disappointed in the Saturday experience hoping that they'll get the repair done Monday. Called them in the afternoon and was told it's ready for pickup. Took the car home and steering feels great. The repair was great, no issues so far. Only thing is that the splash guard in the bottom were missing screws. Guess they forgot to screw them back in.
