Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I had an oil change done at this Jiffy Lube location in February 2026. About five months later, while driving on the freeway in the Texas heat with my toddler in the car, my check engine light came on. I immediately pulled over somewhere safe and had my car towed to a Honda dealership. Honda determined that my oil drain plug had fallen out, causing the engine to become starved of oil and resulting in engine damage. They immediately advised me to contact the facility that had performed my last oil change as this error is predominantly an installation error. I contacted Jiffy Lube, but after conducting their own investigation, they determined they were not responsible and instead pointed fingers at the Honda dealership for not catching the issue when I brought my car there in June for an A/C repair. That visit had absolutely nothing to do with an oil change or my oil drain plug, and I had no reason to have any concerns about my oil at that time. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I trusted Jiffy Lube to properly service my vehicle, and now it's not longer drivable. Rather than taking accountability or seriously addressing the possibility that the plug was not properly installed or secured, the responsibility was shifted to another business for an unrelated service. I have to pay over 10k in repairs for a 2018 car that's I've had for only 2 years that I drive minimally. This was not only an expensive situation, but a disheartening one. I expected better quality and accountability from Jiffy Lube, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I take three to four vehicles a month to this location, and have been for several years. I will not utilize JIFFY LUBE again until he is gone. Felt like I was talking to a friend, and no more than a minute later, he told Killian the mechanic and in less than a second, immediately went to check our car, with no questions asked. This for me, was an AMAZING experience, not just because they charged us half what others would for their service, but because of Killians work-ethic in getting straight to the job. I love to see anybody love what they do, and when I seen Killian get to work, I knew this man would get the job done. I am ONLY going here from here on out, and I couldn't recommend coming here enough. They were running a special they claimed for brakes 129.99…read more So I called them asking for more information. I already know that I need to replace the rotors. My particular car manufacturer does not have the Rotor's machined. They require you to replace the rotors when you change the brakes. So I told them I would buy the brake pads from them and then I would bring in the Rotors since I know I won't be able to machine them. They refuse to allow you to bring in the rotors. They refuse to give you a price quote for the rotors. I assume it's some kind of astronomical price compared to what you might buy at AutoZone or O'Reillys and they're gonna price gouge on the parts, hoping you're a sucker and don't know better. Furthermore, when I tried to get a price quote. He simply just hung up the phone when you ask too many questions. And he claimed he was the manager. Well, I can tell you, the manager of the store is an asshole and will not be getting my business and will not be getting favorable reviews either.
