I ve been going to this salon for almost 3 years. We will skip the negative start and fast forward. I see Bree. I can't say enough WONDERFUL things about her. She knows her craft and does it well. She stands by her work if there is ever ( doesn't really happen) problem , she will fix it. Bring a set of false lashes with you that you like to wear... show her and she will recreate for you. Some of the reviews on this page and other pages about many artists seem like client fault. Some lady... the stuff was dripping in my eyes the whole time... no it wasn't you would have said something. Well I am saying that Bree is great! I'm incredibly particular and she knows it . If I need more added ... she adds! If I want the style changed she's changed it. My lashes stay perfect til the next fill because I do my part to and take care of them. Do yourself a favor. LOVE this studio always quite and easy to book online. My lashes last a month sometimes! Deziraye is always on time and does a great job.

I went to the Gilbert location for the first time on May 28th for a set of lashes. The tech Brie seemed nice enough. That night about 8 lashes fell off and the next morning a few more. I was to be at the airport at 5;30 AM for an international flight so I was unable to go back. Upon my return the following week I messaged them. Someone messaged back asking for my name and who did my lashes. They did not contact me after that. I went to the location and no one was there. I called and spoke with Taylor who took my name and phone number. That was June 6th. Still have not heard back from anyone. This is the WORST customer service l've ever experienced!! Not to mention that the bonding agent was dripping in my eyes and burning the whole time! read more

My experience at raw beauty lounge was HORRIBLE!! This so called 'voted most professional salon in arizona' is bull crap and could not be more untrue. I myself am a Lash Artist, therefore I am particular about my lashes, and my Artist, just about as much as everyone is. Brie was my Artist, and lets just say I was not impressed by her work, nor her unprofessional attitude and demeanor. We start off the appointment addressing what styles, lengths, dimensions, mms, speaking lash lingo, the whole thing, since i've been lashing for 7 years. During the entire appointment, Brie was going on and on about her political views, hating straight white men and how they are making everyone poor? Thats just an example so i'm sure you can form an idea of what else was said. She was pretty condescending when I would rebuttal my thoughts on her views. Most likely saw this bs on tik tok since she clearly has no idea what she's talking about. I was flabbergasted. It's unprofessional to talk about those topics in a place of business while working on a client. Point blank period. Anyways, we finish and she hands me the mirror and my lashes looked like nothing that we had discussed. There was barley any lashes on my eyes and I was so confused since I was informed that Brie was a Master Lash Artist, I would be paying more for her services, and she has been doing lashes for 6 years.??? I began to think she might be a beginner with the work she puts out. Fast forward to my fill 2 1/2 weeks later. I address my issues about my lashes with her and bring headphones this time.... She literally had me laying down on the table for no more then 45 mins I stg. For a fill that needed A LOT of work? Yeah I don't think so. They looked so sparse and I even brought a picture this time. I sat up and told her what I was unhappy that I could see a good bit of my natural eyelashes that had no extensions on them. I asked her if its normal salon procedure to only fill 50% of my lashes and make it seem otherwise. Her entire demeanor changed and she was huffing and puffing that she had to re tape my eyes up and finish her job. 10 ish minutes later she was 'done' and they still looked the same. After reaching out to the salon and trying to get ahold of the Owner, I was informed that the owner doesn't speak with clients and was turned down multiple times when trying to contact her. I would give this place of business zero stars as I have wasted $250 and about 2 hours of my life listening to snowflake nonsense. Check out @lashleebeautybox for quality lashes. read more

I am so happy I found this place! I tried a lift and tint but ultimately knew I wanted fuller lashes! Brie is THE BEST! Seriously! I was so new to the industry and she really helped me figure it all out. I'm sure I tested her patience though! Lol. We started with classic, then went hybrid and now I'm loving the lighter volume! I debated on writing this review. The lashes themself are fine. Good work, NOT great work. With there being so many lash artist now you really need to have great work, that goes into appearance and personality too. I saw Brie (im making this under a fake name simply because no words from anyone will change my view) she is labeled as a Master artist. Now again the work isnt bad, they are lasting and i follow the after care rules. This is all about her as a person. When i walk in she is taking smack about some coworker saying the coworker cried to the owner and got her removed from educating. Not the best thing to walk into. she looked at me and was like 'are you Jane' i said yes and she asked me to lay down. Didnt say anything friendly at all and seemed like she was annoyed that i intupted her smack talk. she looked filthy, her hair was so greasy and she had a hat on that she seemed to think would hide how dirty it was, she looked like she was wearing a childs top and she is not a small girl, i dont want this to come off as body shaming because im not a small person but it was the the lack of professionalism. I could visibly see the gunk on her teeth. Where she was working she had trash falling out of her can all over a cart next to here with an open pringles can. she didnt even ask me what i like or if i wanted any changes. i was just hoping she would sanitize her hands so i didnt get pringles all over my face. NOPE!!!!!! how GROSS!!!!! when we started the appointment i had asked if she liked teaching and found enjoyment from it, no she didnt she complained complained complained. From how annoying some of her past students to -her words- some skank girl that started teaching after her cried to the owner and then brie decided to finally get away from, again her words - that cry baby snitch - and become the lead artist of the salon. She continued on by saying how she was the right hand man of the owner and had the most experience with the best work and that the owner listend to anything she said. okayyyyy awkward. i tired to change the subject to ask if she had a partner she then goes into how she has multiple bf's and gf's that she has a 'stay at home bf'. I know to much about this girl, to to much. from how she thinks men are trash, plitical views, her coworker, the list goes on. again, okay work. I just feel bad for her cowrker that she was talking smack to me and others about and her boss for getting played so throughly. read more

I had fake eyelashes for years in California and anytime I quit getting them done- my eyelashes were not damaged at all. I moved to AZ and had a horrible experience with a lady and she ruined all my lashes. It was several years before I was willing to try again but Raw Beauty assured me they would take care of my natural lashes. I asked every single time I went how they looked. If they looked shorter, thinner, weaker at all to please let me know and I would give them a break... they kept guaranteeing me all was great. I had a gut feeling and decided to give my lashes a break- and they my natural lashes are so short and thin..... I should have listened to my gut. But given the fact I asked the professional every single time I went and they said my naturals were great- my bad for believing them. They may have looked good while they were doing them but now they are horrible. Make sure when you read reviews and they say it was good- that they also had lashes removed and their natural lashes are in tact. I'm so disappointed!! read more
