My appointment was for 2:00pm, at 12:19 I received a message that she couldn't see me at the scheduled time since she had to pick up her granddaughter and she forgot. I understand that things do happen, she tried to get me in later but I have a college class to go to and I'm getting married tomorrow. I'm very angry about this, never expected this from a place with great reviews. Now I'm screwed trying to find a good place that can see me in such short notice. The owner just posted a message, I feel for your daughter and the situation and I understand, I too have gone through a bad divorce and it was worst than what you described, I not once canceled and I work with patients, I would go in and cry in between patients. I'm sorry but I will not take the bad review, the reason I didn't tell you it was for my wedding it's because most places increase their prices when that's mentioned.

I had my nails done by Brie for years and she is by far the most talented nail tech I've gone to, no one has been able to compare to the quality and prices she offers. She is outrageously creative and artistic with her designs and nail art! Luckily I still get to see Chelsea for my hair - I will literally go months waiting until I can have her cut and color my hair. She does an incredible job, every single time. The photo attached is the most recent color she's done for me, a Balayage that I am in looove with. My hair was dyed red for years, which is hard to come back from, so getting to this gorgeous point is a testament to her skill in color correction!
