Amazing experience with Jason & May today My family and I are visiting from California and for Mother's Day my 5 year old daughter suggested we should get manis and pedis. This place is clean and the customer service was phenomenal. I highly recommend coming here! Thank You Jason and May for the hospitality! We'll definitely come back!

I came here as a first time customer to get a nail fixed that was done at another salon which I had broken that morning. When I arrived, the woman who was available proceeded to tear off what was left on my nail from the Gel X with a plastic nail tip, painfully taking away layers of my actual nail bed as she slowly tore off what was left of the broken nail. After that painful situation was over, she glued the new Gel X nail so close to my cuticle that it'a painful, and the French design was actually done lopsided and shaped badly. Cost me $10 bucks plus a $4 tip a regret leaving and only left because I was verbally asked by the same woman that did my nails and felt pressured. Never coming back!

I've been to a few nail salons since I've moved to LV & it's been so hard to find technicians that are KIND & do a great job as well. Mindy & David (I believe was the gentleman's name) did an amazing job with my acrylic set & they've lasted a lot longer than other places who have done a full set for me. I'd recommend this place to my friends/fam for great customer service & nails that actually look like the picture you show them :)

Jason is the absolute best ! He takes his time to ask what you like and gets it right every time ! I change my mind a lot and come with many ideas every time and in the end I always get what I want! We brainstorm together, they allow you the freedom to venture into different ideas- and most importantly They never try to sell Gel on you! They take their time and really cater to the customer. You ask upfront the price and they provide it ! It is a bit pricey but always worth it read more

Wow, as a regular customer i was astounded at the result of this pedicure. Poking and stabbing at my cuticles the whole time, and just a horrible paint job. I left the shop with a huge chip on my big toe. two days later, chipping everywhere. don't waste your 50 dollars or your time. read more

My normal spot was busy so saw good ratings and gave it a try. I will start with pricing. Not good, $60 for a pedicure is on the high side. Not crazy but high. They were pretty quick to get me in a chair. After that it went down hill, they did a horrible job, I couldn't tell initially but later at home I can still feel some roughness around my foot. Very disappointed in the overall experience. The price just made it worse. Will not be returning! I'd suggest finding somewhere else read more

Paula was super friendly, professional and entertaining. My mani-pedi was looked great and lasted. She recommended I get the jelly pedicure and that is the one I always get now. I visited for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I had May as my tech, she did a great job pampering me. I chose to have the hot stone and lavender scrub treatment with my gel pedicure. It was a great start to my maternity leave as I am 39 weeks! May did a great job all around but my favorite was the massage I got on my calfs and feet. When I arrived I was greeted felt welcomed unlike other salons I've been too. My mail technician was Paula. She was the best nail tech I've ever had!!! You need to request her!! You won't regret it. This salon was very clean!! I'm OCD and I notice details of how they clean their supplies which I was very impressed with. There are so many other salons that appear to be clean but are not. Elysian Nail Bar nailed it in this department which is the core foundation of getting your nails not just pretty but most importantly clean so that they can grow healthier. This salon also strictly follows all of the covid regulations which was nice to see because you know many of the other cheap salons don't care and are just putting you are more risk above their financial gain. This is another reason why I won't go anywhere else. I know they actually care. The decor was also pretty. Nice neutral colors with crystal chandeliers. The massage chairs were big, comfortable and very relaxing too! This is the only salon I will ever go to!! read more

So incredibly obsessed with my nails! Mindy was recommended to me after a horrible experience elsewhere and I've been happy with my nails and service ever since! This visit I really loved the fact that Mindy gave me options and did it with ease in such short notice. I usually do Acrylic Square, but this time I liked a picture and went with it. She had to soak my nails, but explained the process so I was able to understand. These are Soft Gel Extensions in a short coffin. I like a shorter nail so I was hesitant with a longer nail, but these are temporary so I'm able to try the shape and style which needless to say I'm in love and will be getting them done like this moving forward! read more

MOST IMPORTANT IFO AT BOTTOM OF REVIEW. Came in for a full set with my sister. They said they had time for us and considering there were 4 employees and only one was busy with a client we thought we'd be taken right away. They started my sister and had me wait 15 min for the one lady doing a service already. I finally get started and I asked for almond. She shaped them as stiletto. I asked her to make them not so sharp and assumed she'd just fix them. She started telling me how I should ask for the right shape next time and I should've said round if I wanted round. Over and over telling me what I should do next time. I had her take them off and she just kept talking to her coworkers about everyones hands being different Like that has anything to do with the shape of mail I asked For. I ended up just having her take off the plastic tips leaving my nails covered in glue looking worse than when I came. My sister was given her used buffer and file in a ziplock baggy and was charged $3 for it. They also used dirty files and drill bits. Dont risk coming here read more

My bf and I have been coming here since they opened the doors in May due to the Covid. The place is super clean and we are required to wear mask and sit 6ft apart which I don't mind at all and feels more relaxing to the both of us. We both schedule with Paula and Tom our go to nail techs wonderful people and the most wonderful service from them both. Wanted to shoutout to Tom for blessing my nails with this wonderful design. Not really having my nails done very often, I always struggle to find a good nail tech. I had originally went to a salon called Sexy Nails. Not the worst experience but definitely wasn't good. The nail tech I had (didn't get her name) was very quiet and seemed off. She didn't have the best attitude and it just made my whole experience awkward. I had asked her if she could do the almond shape with my nails and a simple gel design. Kinda shrugged my request but went on doing so. She didn't pay close attention to detail. My nail polish was uneven, nails were to long for my comfort(she made it seem like it was too much to ask for shortening) and the polish wasn't painted on the ends. All in all it was just a bad experience. I looked into getting my nails fixed and Elysian was near by with good online reviews. And now I see why :) The lady that helped me was Mindy. She was very sweet and helpful in saving my nails. She was very careful to detailing and always made sure I was satisfied with the shape before we began to paint. She fixed the ombré and it turned out sooo much better. My experience here is by far better than any other salon that I've been to. Plus, the whole place is very welcoming and everyone is very friendly. I definitely recommend coming here! Plus, it's kinda cool that they offer drinks just Incase! read more

While visiting my mom here in Henderson I decided to treat my mom to get our nails done. I had no idea where to go. I asked my cocktail server Korri where she gets hers done and she referred me here. It was such a great experience. I got a lovely full set with gel polish and a pedicure too. My mom got a full set with gel polish as well. She even got some crystals added on. I had some waxing done too. I walked out of there feeling so Beautiful. Thanks Korri for the referral. And Thank you Tom for keeping my mom company while I had the extra services. Wasn't my first time , had pedicure done couple times but without a gel finish just regular pedi. Today got pedicure and manicure gel . Terrible quality the worst I ever seen . Polish is all over cuticles. Very messy . Has bubble inside of gel . Poor quality . Didn't have time or nerves to ask for redoing .. don't think technicians know any better anyway . Very strange , like no one ever taught anyone there what the normal work looks like . Sent picture to couple friends since they asked me what color I got done . Everyone just keep saying how terrible the work is . This is not what I paid $145 for .... very upsetting read more

My favorite nail bar. I hadn't been there since the pandemic. My sister came in town a few weeks ago and wanted to get her nails done, so I took a chance and we wet both able to get our nails done. My sister was so happy with her mails, and she even treated me and I was able to get my dip by Tony the same tech who did my nails before the pandemic! I was more than happy with his work as usual. I would recommend this nail bar, you won't be sorry, I promise! read more

Went to get a full set of acrylics. As soon as I got there, I was attended :). I got my nails short and almond shape. My technician knew what I was asking for and tried his best to accommodate what I wanted. Will definitely go for a filling and go again in the future. I understand places get busy, especially on holidays, but a simple greeting would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left at the front desk waiting for someone to help me while there were about 3 women behind the desk. Then when someone finally acknowledged me, there was no warmth or customer service. What really bothered me was feeling nickel-and-dimed over my fill service. I already came in with oval-shaped nails, yet I was told I'd be charged an extra fee to "reshape" them. In my opinion, basic shaping during a fill should already be included in the service price, especially when maintaining the same shape. Customer service and transparency matter just as much as the nails themselves. Sadly, this visit did not feel welcoming or worth the experience I expected.

I decided to give it a try. It's been now a week and the nails are still looking good. The worker was very friendly and she did a good job on my pedicure as well. They do offer a complimentary drink! Inside there are multiple people working and everything was very organized and clean. Even the bathroom! They also have a good playlist while you're doing your nails. It is on the pricier side, but nowadays it's mission impossible to get your nails done for under $60 anywhere in general. This spot was actually worth it though because the service was really good! Also, it's in a good location. There's a lot of food places nearby in case you get hungry, more importantly, the area is safe! If I'm ever in Vegas again, I would definitely come here again!

I decided to take my daughter here to get her first mani pedi as a mommy and daughter treat and both our experience was pretty bad. With my daughter, both the colors she chose were not available. She ended up with colors she wasn't too pleased with. Meanwhile, my experience was not good at all.. First of all, the lady who did my pedi buffed too hard and cut my toe which burned the entire time afterwards. Then the color I picked didn't match with the display. They said the gel color and regular polish color sometimes doesn't match.. which seems like a problem they need to fix overall. Anyways, that was displeasing but I still kept the color cuz my toe was already burning from the cut and didn't want her to remove the polish and irritate my cut some more. When it got to my mani service, the same lady did my nails. She kept the same gloves on after she did my feet.. which was not okay but I didn't say anything cuz she should've known not to even do that to begin with.. I got Gel X for my mani and she put too much glue under my nails that it looks too lifted and it even got on my skin.. Overall, they only get 3 stars. My first visit would've been a 5 star and my recent visit is a 1 star.

I must respond by saying although I was upset about the outbreak on my toe, Mindy contacted me after writing this review showing concern and asking how I was doing. After a Dr. appointment and using some ointments it has gone away. Mindy continued to call and show sincerity, clarifying that they just couldn't pinpoint what it was and take accountability without knowing 100% what it was. She asked if I could come back for a fill as part of a reparation for the troubles with my toe. I truly loved how she did my nails and wanted to continue going to her, so I accepted the offer and went back for the fill and will continue seeing her. read more

I usually don't write reviews but I definitely wanted to share the MOST AMAZING SALON EXPERIENCE!!! If you're looking for cleanliness this IS the place for you. So I found this place on instagram and saw they did super cute designs. I made an appointment at 9:00, which is honestly super early as no other customers were there. But I needed my nails done ASAP. I took a chance on the new Gel-x extensions and was not disappointed at all. They even convinced me to do a simple flame design and IT TURNED OUT SO PRETTY!! I'm literally never going anywhere else. This is the only place I will ever go to get my nails done.. I live on the north side of Vegas and only go here to get my nails done. Mindy is the most talented technician I have ever come across. She does amazing nail designs and is so friendly. The entire staff takes care of you while you are here. Lee does amazing pedicures, Tom is very talented too. The whole place just makes you feel like family when you are here. I recommend this salon for anyone. It's a must come and see for yourself and you won't go anywhere else after coming here. read more

I recently moved to Vegas and have been eager to get back to my pampering routine. So since I haven't been feeling too well, I decided to go today to treat myself at Elysian Nail Bar. I must say, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted kindly, asked what I needed, offered a drink and given immediate assistance. OMG!!! I am so glad I came here! This salon was recommended to me and I am so glad I followed thru...Staff and the customer service was excellent!! I got a full set of nails that were done with perfection. I am blown way. It took me such a long time to find a nail salon in Vegas that was comfortable, friendly, great prices with exceptional results. They have the cutest pink salon chairs for children services. Started coming here a few months ago. I have had the pleasure of getting manicures from Paula, Mindy and Tom. Always good service and have been happy with my nails. Paula recently converted me from gel manicures to dip. I had an issue with the color coming off on one nail after over a week and they had me come in a re-did the nail and touched up my others, free of charge! The salon decor is modern and nice. Happy to have found this place and highly recommend. read more

Good customer service. Clean and modern look. Mindy was very attentive and Andy who did my pedicure paid a lot of attention to detail. I did the jelly pedicure and it was very relaxing. Got to enjoy my massage chair with a complementary water as I watched some Ellen on one of their 3 televisions. Had some good laughs with Mindy as she offered my gf and I some mimosas to drink while we were chatting it up. Loved the experience and will definitely be back! read more

I've finally found my go-to nail salon in Las Vegas! I've been coming here for almost a year now and love my experience from start to finish. Booking an appointment is easily done through Yelp or their website, and everyone is always very courteous. Mindy is wonderful and has helped my nails grow for the first time in my life. First time coming here was amazing. Staff was slightly rude at first, but warmed up after chatting. Second time was absolutely horrible. I had a man file my nails until I bled and still left a chunky, unappealing shape. The paint job was better, but not worth what was paid. Gave this place a second chance - regret it. I only gave it 1 star because they did a great job the first time - will not be coming back for strike 3. read more

This place is awesome but it is Paula that makes it so! She is so wonderful and fun to hang with while she does your nails! She is the only person I trust to wax my eyebrows! She also does the best job on my nails and toes. The color and quality is always the best and lasts much longer than when I had them done by other people. My wife had been looking for a nail salon to get glitter tip acrylics done and apparently that's not so easy to find these days. She found this place and loved it. Not only did they have a ton of glitter colors to choose from, they were very affordable, super nice, and her nails turned out gorgeous. Mindy is the best tech ever! I am quite particular about my chrome nails and she goes to any lengths to get them right. She's not too proud to take a suggestion of a technique to try and if anything ever needs fixing she gets you right in and usually no charge for the fix. I am delighted to have found her and can hardly wait to get back in! read more

This place is BEYOND incredible. First if all, their customer service is great, beyond amazing! Secondly, they serve mimosas. Third, they are clean! They sterilize everything I watched them clean and scrub and they use an autoclave to sterilize their tools. I am in love with this place!! My new favorite nail spa!! read more

I wanted a change and something different. Decided to try out Elysian Nail bar. Mindy used the dip product on my nails. This was an overlay on my natural nails. I love how thin and durable this product is. The pedicures are also worth your while. Great staff and atmosphere. I would highly recommend. read more
