I just moved to Henderson and wanted to find a nail salon near my house. I'm super picky with the way I like my nails done, but I have been here two times and my nails have turned out perfect both times. I get hard gel on my nails, and both times I have come here, my nails have stayed on without any lifting. My nails are always thoroughly prepped before they put the hard gel on. I am so happy I found this place! They are officially my new spot for pedicures. I go to Pilates next door so I decided to give a new nail spot a try. They were doing a bunch of remodeling but were still gracious enough to take me as a walk in. The remodel looks great too and they have brand new pedicure bowls and chairs. It was my first time at Prizm nails and I did not have a good experience. I figured it was down the street from my house so I'd give it a try. I went in to get the Gel-x taken off of my nails, and to get a regular manicure. It took the nail tech almost 2 hours just to take the old gel off. I ended up walking out without getting paint on my nails because I did not want to wait another hour or so. The "manicure" I got was horrible as well. My nails were unevenly filed and my cuticles were not cut. It seemed as if the nail tech did not know how to hold or use the cuticle cutters. Just a bad experience overall. I really hoped to have good service since it is less than 5 minutes from my home, but unfortunately I did not. read more

I highly recommend Chiara at Prizm Nails & Spa in Henderson, NV. She makes my acrylic nails look so natural and she is also gentle, as I have sensitive nails. I moved to Henderson 11 years ago and while there are a number of nail salons, I had to go through 12 before I found Prizm and by then I knew what I didn't want...I went to Prizm 2 years ago and have happily continued with absolutely no need to look further. Laura and her staff are so upbeat, provide a great aray of colors in a very clean,bright salon. They have excellent products, and take care of your needs at a fair price. I took my daughter in for a full set with gel polish. Deja did an incredible job and was absolutely meticulous. My daughter's cuticles were in very rough shape and Deja took the time to get them right and was very gentle in the process. Everyone in the shop was very welcoming and we loved the calm vibe. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it did take quite a bit longer than we are used to (usually a full set takes about an hour or a bit more, but this took about 2.5 hours). Although again, Deja did spend a good bit of time on the prep and cuticles which I appreciate. We'll be back! read more

The salon has a nice atmosphere. Were able to take me and a friend as walk ins. They did a great job removing my hard gel and just putting regular gel on instead. Except, my thumb horizontally in the middle of the nail. Have never had that happen nor do I know how it happens. Happened within a week of getting them done. Disappointed because I liked the salon. The service was AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. The nail technician was very rude and SUPER slow. It took 2 hrs and 45 minutes to do nails! That's absurd! The atmosphere of the salon is nothing special. You can find other nail salon places on Eastern with way better service and atmosphere. Fact. Just drive south to Anthem Village and there are 2 salon places competing for your business. There's definitely nothing special about Prizm Nails Spa. Save yourself from aggravation and take your business some place else. read more
