Anthony what a lie. You came to meet with me. You had nothing to do with my mother. She wasn't even home. You initially told me the dog door had nothing to do with the rodents inside. I contacted you on Friday left another message and sent you a picture of the rodent inside the house. You did not reply until my review 6 hours or so later. I'm not going to argue the truth. The truth is you did not have not and will not do what you said would be done 2 months ago! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE LIARS TO TOP IT OFF! THANKS FOR TRYING TO MAKE YOURSELF LOOK BETTER ON YELP. read more

Zane, Ignacio and Jacob were very professional, attentive and transparent. From the start of the free estimate to the end of the exclusion. They paid attention to every detail of the house. I would highly recommend any home or business owner looking to get rid of their rat problems. read more

Peace of Mind Restored, Thanks to the RAT PACT COMPANY! In April of this year, Mr. Martinez and his technician Mr. Luis did an excellent job of solving a rodent problem at my home. Prior to Mr. Martinez working on the rodent problem, I -- for many months -- heard scratching noises, at all hours of the day/night, coming from the walls inside my home, accompanied by a smell (rodent waste, yick.) The critters had also made some trips onto the back patio; I had to have my cat "escort" me each time I went out there! On the day they began the project, Mr. Martinez and Mr. Luis sanitized and vaccumed the crawlspace beneath the house and blocked -- with special screening -- the rodent "passageways." They also used the special screening to cover the rodent "passageways" of the back patio. Finally, they removed the rats' nest -- what a sight! -- from the wall of the bathroom, vacuuming and sanitizing that area, too. Result of RAT PACT'S project: 1) I can sleep -- at last -- without being interrupted by awful scratching noises. 2) I can invite family/guests to my home without worrying about them hearing noises coming from the walls or smelling the stench of rodent waste, which can be VERY dangerous if airborne and someone inhales those particles. 3) I no longer have to bother my cat to escort me onto the back patio. Mr. Martinez and Luis answered all my questions and briefed me on the various stages of the project, accompanied by clear pictures of the areas on which they worked. I highly recommend this company and rate it 5/5 stars! Sincerely, At Ease, at Last, in Altadena read more

I want to give a shout out to Elijah who worked very diligently by himself on clearing my attic. Elijah came promptly within the time window and was courteous and professional. He explained the process to me and worked on his own. I do not know how to clear attics of rats and fecal matter, but I do know that this profession is back breaking work and Rat Pact gets the job done. I definitely recommend this company for any pest control issues as they are subject matter experts. *Note: please be kind and offer cold refreshments and some lunch as a courtesy to these working professionals. The attic and crawlspaces can be brutal in regards to high temperature, especially in this heatwave. Take care of them, and they will take care of you! read more

I had a pool heater completely taken over by rats, they showed up, were kind and professional, took extra time explaining the habits of rats to my son, cleaned everything out and made the heater rat proof, then also set up some bait boxes. I was very pleased with their courtesy and service. Would recommend. read more

Anthony and his crew knocked it out of the park! I had a different company come over and try to resolve some pest and insect issues we had at our rental, to no avail. RatPact came over after a phone call to Anthony and immediately started working the issue. They completed the job in a timely manner while resolving the problem COMPLETELY. I highly recommend RatPact to friends, family and coworkers. They are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in their field of work. They explain every step so you understand what you are actually paying for! Don't waste your time with other companies, call these guys to get it done right the first time. read more

Should've gone with my gut feeling when I read a bad review but I always give people the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. They did the same thing to me. Anthony, the owner, is a liar and thief. His employee Luis took my money, set 2 traps in the attic and garage and SUPPOSEDLY sealed holes on the roof and vacuumed. Never heard a vacuum or saw him go on the roof. He opened the door to the attic and slipped the trap. Two rats were caught immediately it took them 1 month of me calling to come take the dead rats in the hot summer! The rats continued in the attic and garage. When I complained to Anthony he said they were 90% done. I sent him pictures of the same droppings on the shelf in front of him when he first took the job that supposedly had been vacuumed. Told him Luis hadn't gone on the roof or vacuumed. He came to see for himself but still denied it. After 6 months of trying to get them to finish the job I gave up and hired a real exterminator and cheaper. Anthony was charging me $1000. My exterminator $900 and more importantly got the job done! They stole $300 down payment and won't return it. read more

We were in desperate need to have a rat exterminator. I googled and found RatPact. They had amazing reviews here on yelp. Anthony the owner showed up on time and gave us an estimate. He then sent out his technician Ignacio who was very professional and worked quickly. They came back at the two week mark to check the traps and they sent out Frank. Frank was so warm and hospitable. Rat Pact is lucky to have him. He was knowledgeable and expeditious. Thank you RatPact read more

Ignacio and Jacob were knowledgeable, quick and professional. While it's only been a few days, so far, we're glad we made the call to solve the rodent problem in our attic. We also appreciated their candor and insight into helping us understand what's needed to be done long term to get rid of our rat problem. read more

Unfortunately, we have a rodent in our garage! We thought we could get rid of it on our own but to no avail. I looked at yelp for rodent extermination & came across Rat Pact. Overall, they had great reviews with high success rates dealing with rodents. I left my information on their website for a quote & they called us back. Robert & Rich came to our house & inspected the property. They gave us possible entry points & what they would do to solve the problem. Thankfully, the mouse is just contained in the garage. I wanted to be proactive & do whatever is necessary to get rid of it. Robert & Rich checked our attic & confirmed that there were no signs of rodents & that it was sealed very well. We opted to have the whole house inspected & to seal any possible entryways. Robert & Rich are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, not pushy, a pleasure to converse with & very down to earth. My husband & I felt very comfortable & they were very patient and answered all of our questions. They set up the traps & they would be by during the week to check on the problem. Keeping my fingers crossed that it'll be more like days than weeks that this mouse is caught. I don't want it multiplying. They even vacuumed any droppings they saw & sanitized the areas where the traps were laid. They walked us outside of the house & showed us what/where they sealed. Overall, Robert & Rich are two of the nicest guys to do business with. They are extremely personable & if the price is right, they might be our new exterminators instead of the company we have now. I'll do an update once the rodent problem has been solved. Thank you so much Robert & Rich for all your help. You two are AWESOME!!! read more

Know that I have not personally used this service but spent a long time talking with the owner, Anthony Martinez, at a major home show in Pasadena plus he came to my house on an unrelated matter to give me a cost estimate. Off our conversations, I'm convinced of his sincerity, personal honesty and his total commitment to finish to completion a job with pride. He doesn't play mind games. He has one wildly negative posting on Yelp (Jan C). The reply to that negative response was not emotional and reinforces his commitment to do the job he accepted and started. Be sure to read his rational reply. He made it clear the customer was not home when his people returned to complete the job. He could have easily ignored the customer. In an irresponsible world, he is a very responsible vendor. read more

Woooow! So this all began 1 early morning when I heard footsteps in my attic. Woke me up out of my sleep! The little feet were running back and forth and I knew what I was hearing... a RAT! I was so angry getting woken out of my sleep. I instantly began looking for rat exterminators and I called several at 6:30 in the morning and to my surprise Anthony was the only one that answered his phone. We spoke for a while and he gave me tons of information at that time. I wasn't ready to make a decision so I told him I wanted to hear the other companies offers. Well after speaking ta about 5 I called Anthony back and scheduled. Everyone's prices were in the ball park but I just had a good feeling about speaking with Anthony and boy was I right! Anthony first came and made the initial assessment then Luis came a couple days later and he was awesome! He took his time and I knew he was doing a thorough job. I was so hopeful that it would work... and within 3 days of Luis setting traps and doing the exclusion... a dead rat on the trap! Man I was so relieved! I know this is long but I didn't even touch on how my wife felt lol. Thank you guys for your hard work and knowledge! These are the go to guys if you want the job done right and fast! read more

Rat pack extermination is a great company to hire. Their price is affordable and their services was excellent. Anthony was professional and he help us preventing mice getting into the apartment. He cover all the holes and opening where the mice can get in. He has his crew clean, decontaminate and set glue trap. He even cover the palm tree with metal sheet to prevent the-mice getting into the apartment. He also check the attic, decontaminate and seal all opening. What I like most was the fact that he gave us a life time warranty. We had a problem and he came back to resolve the problem right away. I highly recommend this company to any homeowners who want affordable price and excellent service read more

Awesome customer service! This is my very first Yelp review; I just had to compliment this company. I called RatPact out to check on a rodent we had been hearing in our attic for a couple of months. The first extermination company we found came out for about six weeks with no success, they laid traps but no rats were caught. We even called out a roofer to try and find out how the rats were getting in, again no success. Ron from RatPact came out and spoke to us, did an inspection and pointed out several possible entry points we would have never discovered. We decided to give the company a try. Andrew, Lewis and Elijah came out a few days later and were totally professional from the start, very courteous and knowledgeable. They identified the likely entry point on the roof and sealed it along with some other entry points. They removed the soiled insulation and laid traps. The same night we heard the sweet sound of "smack!" Lewis came out for a follow up a few days later and sure enough he removed a dead rat. One other was also removed within a week. New insulation was blown in and the job looked great. We are now going on three weeks with hearing nothing from the attic! I can't thank this company enough for giving us our piece of mind back. I hope to never have to use them again, but if I ever need an exterminator, they will be my first call. read more
