Dewey Pest control can be helpful for your termites. Cesar was an awesome technician.

I have been using Dewey Pest control for about 5 years. They came to my neighborhood as it was a new construction home with a fantastic promo that I took advantage. My tech is David he has been a wonderful person always helpful customer oriented and always has a solution for my pest control. Recently I had to stop using them when I lost my employment but now that I'm back to work a started back up the service. Even though there were other companies coming back with cheaper rates I returned because of David and Shannon, she also has been a wonderful person to deal with on the billing side. Anyone using them won't be sorry worth every nickel as I don't have any critter issues when they are maintaining my home. read more

We have called him out for many needs and he ALWAYS gets us taken care of within a day or two and ALL of our concerns are eliminated. He is professional, polite, and kind. Dewey has a gem in this gentleman and I salute them for making him available to us. THANK YOU! read more

I see all of these 5 star ratings and wish that I could rate their service as 5 star as well. Perhaps I would have IF THEY EVER SHOWED UP! I had scheduled an appointment for rodents in my attic for July 27 from 2-5 PM. At 5:45, the technician called to say that he was delayed. He asked to reschedule until today, July 28, after 11 AM. Of course I agreed. I understand that businesses get busy. So I waited for him to show up today. 11 came, noon, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 o' clock...nothing. No service. No call. No text. No anyhing. Not cool. I am taking my business elsewhere. Perhaps I will, at last, get 5 star service. I didn't get that from Dewey! read more

I want to express my gratitude and compliment to one of the staff Evan B, he has been doing the service at my house since probably 2022-2023 until recently in May 2024. Unfortunately, due to the inflation and bad economy, I have to prioritize the expenses. The staff, Evan B, is always punctual and communicates well, friendly and professional in maintaining safety from the unwanted pests surrounding my house. With his attitude, honesty, and trustworthiness, I feel no worry about letting him inside my property and doing whatever he has to do to keep my house safe. He is also very attentive and keeps my house safe by locking the gate back and checking and ensuring everything is locked before he leaves. read more

I am very satisfied with the professional way Dewey technicians perform their work an I recommend it. t Their offices, however, leave a lot to be desired, when it comes to Customer Services and can get really tangled up when handling some requests, particularly payments and the associated electronic links. overall, this is a good service that needs to have a better Customer Services based on their large customer base. read more

Great experience with Dewey pest. We had rats and made some calls. Dewey was very quick to answer and scheduled a visit. Anthony came out and accessed the issue and then set traps .Both he and his company contacted us the next day. Great follow up!! 2 days later he came out at the agreed time and sure enough one rat was caught . He plugged one hole we thought maybe allowing ingress . We were so impressed we switched all our bug services to Dewey!!! Thank you Anthony and Dewey !!! I see now why they get so many five star ratings!! read more

Gus and Gerardo did a fantastic job, great fast service and explanation, well recommended A+++

Dewey Pest Control has serviced my parents house since the early 80's (when they sprayed the inside of your house too). We all survived somehow! When I became an adult and owned my own home I immediately hired Dewey for my pest control. I used Dewey for about 25 years now and have never had any issues. All the different techs that come to the house have been professional and friendly. I currently have Evan that comes to the house and he always says hi and asks if there have been any issues when he arrives. Great company that has lasted through the years. They must be doing something right! read more

This company is the most unreliable company out there, they lie, lie, lie about coming out to your home especially when your a brand new customer. Do not waste your money on this company. Especially if your in Upland and it Ontario area. We are disgusted beyond. So they get 0 stars for our rating. This is the Dewey Company from Ontario,CA. This company is very fraudulent you have to pay up front before you get your service, then they claim that they sprayed your property when they did not ever show up. Then you get a bill and never pay for it, because there is no way they sprayed, first of all nobody was ever here to spray because we have big dogs that we have to lock up when they come out to spray. And we have cameras that show proof nobody was here to spray, shame on you Dewey for billing when we never got the service your billing for. Very, very untrusting company Dewey read more

Our home was robbed during the termite tenting, they hold no liability or responsibility were on our own to handle/deal with the aftermath and loss. We have our suspicions about it being a professional crew that must have had the info to have the proper gear to get into the property .. very coincidental. With insurance deductibles, the hotel stay, and having to hire a security guard to stay at the property after the initial break in, was an additional 2k+ I would be careful when getting your home tented, I would hire a guard to stay at the property at night, and make sure they use employees that they can prove they have background checks on, etc. read more

I highly recommend David Bravo, he is courteous, professional, and shows empathy for those who need service.

Rick Camacho came out today and it was obvious from the start that the Dewey service is far better than the service I got from Western Exterminators. Western only sprayed the ground around the house while I could see Rick examining and spraying in other areas such as the eaves. Thanks Rick! I look forward to having you as our technician read more

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Hector Sanchez from Dewey. We needed up getting ants at my parents house due to the rain. So we need the situation taken care of before the holidays. Hector was very professional from the moment he called to say he was on his way. He was very punctual and very friendly. He had a great attitude which is rare to come across nowadays. I would definitely be recommending him to anyone who might need a exterminator in the near future. Thank you again for an exceptional experience. read more

I have been a customer of Dewey Pest Control, in Ontario, for a couple of years. They come every other month and I can't remember when I last had a problem with insects!! The technicians are very polite and can answer all my questions about the chemicals they use. Which, by the way, are pets, and environmentally, safe!! I highly recommend Dewey Pest Control!! read more

I had a very costly and poor experience. I would not recommend Dewey Pest Control. The technician went over the areas that needed attention and went over the cost of the work. The tech did not set any traps underneath the house of where the pest were going. I called for a follow up and tech that came out did not have the equipment to service the call. Then spoke with a supervisor and was told that the job was not estimated correctly and work was not done correctly, but needed to pay an additional cost for the items that included. I spent $285 dollars and still have a pest control problem and has gotten worse. I want a full refund. read more
