Strawberry raspado
Peter X.

This is a very small business so there has to be some understanding here. When we came here tonight because my wife wanted her strawberry raspado, there was only 1 person working. We parked in the back of this place and just know it's not in the best of area. When we walked inside, they had a couple of guest there but it doesn't fit a lot of people. My wife got her strawberry with sour cream and whipped cream which came out to a cost that is similar to a burger meal. I don't think it's worth it but she does. We didn't have to wait long for the lady to finish prepping the order. My wife enjoyed her raspado that she got.

The Raspado is overall great but ordering online is not. They only have an option for a small size however when you order the small and pick the flavors there is also a category for size and it automatically selects large for +$1.00 charge. You are not able to unselect this section at all so you are forced to buy a larger size. I ordered a vanilla & strawberry Raspado and got vanilla only, my order was wrong but since I ordered a few and were not picked up by me it was not checked or addressed at the place.

Limón con fresa.

Always delicious! Raspado de Limon con Fresa Raspado de fresh (en leche) y nuez con lechera.

This is a tiny place that is clean and is in compliance all covid 19 safety measures. They have lots of flavors and prices are reasonable considering they are generous with their portions and you can customize your flavors. I tried the Nutella and was pleasantly impressed with how well they balance their chocolatey goodness with nuts and Nutella. At the time I went there was only one person running the store. He was taking orders and also making the raspados which caused a bit of a delay. Nevertheless, he was was friendly and realky hustled to get every order ready as quick as possible. Can't wait to come back and try more flavors!!!

Raspodos are good, my brother in law loves to come here for his raspados. They don't offer much else, smoothies, corn, crepes, etc. It's okay for the price but it's not amazing.

Chamango, tamarindo raspado, cookies and cream, and chamoyada

Wow this place has come very far since 2002, when they opened. I've been a fan from the start. My parents would go almost every day in the summer since they opened. I pretty much spent my teenage years indulging in raspados from here. I have tried the following: Raspado de Vanilla with Lechera- delicious super sweet and the lechera just makes it so much better Raspado de coco and vanilla with lechera-one of my favorites the perfect combination I like getting this in a small size because after a while its just too much sweet Raspado de coconut and pineapple- this is another of my favorite combinations. It's just so delicious and full of flavor. Chamoyada- this is shaved ice with lemon juice, Chamoy and tamarindo sticks and candy. This is my favorite out of all the stuff I have tried here. It is perfect and it's so good on a summer day. Strawberries and cream- also great love the rich taste Esquite- one of my favorite snacks. Corn in a cup with mayo cheese, mantequilla and chilli powder The place is small with very few tables to sit and wait. It has a tv but noone really watches it since nothing interesting is ever playing. The wait is always long especially in the summer or on a hot day. You can always call and place your order for pick up. You still have to wait in line to pay but at least you don't have to wait for it to be ready. I still recommend this place because their menu has variety and their flavor and quality is great considering the prices.

Came in to buy my Abuelita her tamarind raspado and ended up leaving with that plus a chamango, 3 of the corns and an order of tostilocos. So delicious plus you get 10% off when you check in. And the service was fast and friendly

It's a beautifully decorated and aesthetically pleasing space with plenty of seating and even the bathrooms were nice and definitely well-maintained. I had the Coconut Cloud with Matcha and it was perfectly refreshing. I also sampled the Biscoffee and it had a strong espresso flavor that was well complemented by the sweet cookie butter flavor. The bungeoppang was freshly prepared and well worth the $5.50 for 2; the hotteok flavor was my favorite. Overall, Peak is a wonderful space and a comfy place to study in. No wifi on Sundays though!

The Bischoffee or Banana Latte or Corn Coffee were all very tempting but I went for my preferred drink these days Strawberry Matcha although as I stood there waiting for my drink (which quite a bit longer than my friends American) I was regretting not trying one of their insane looking coffee drinks (aka deserts). My BF said his Americano was excellent, not acidic or bitter in any way. My strawberry matcha was good, a bit too jammy, but not cloyingly sweet although the matcha itself was mildly flavored, it was highly caffeinated since it kept me from falling asleep at my regular time. If I was in the area I'd absolutely go back there again.

Today I was in the plaza during rush hour and I was soooo thirsty and I knew that my drive would be long so I decided to finally stop in and grab a drink! Upon entering I was greeted by friendly staff and she explained to me about the different teas, I asked what is refreshing and what most people like the most and she told me it's between the mango dragonfruit or the Passion fruit strawberry. I decided to go with the Mango Dragonfruit Jasmine ice tea. She offered me boba, popping boba, or custard add ons but I was just thirsty so I got it plain. Also it is awesome that you can choose how sweet you want to make your drink. I prefer drinks that are not very sweet so I got mine at 25% sweetness. The options are 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%. At 25% I felt that my drink was perfect to my tastes! I went with the large size because I wanted my drink to last until I got home. Surprisingly I didn't have to wait very long, almost a minute after I ordered my drink was already ready to go! I don't think I've ever had a Jasmine tea before so on my first sip I was surprised that I could actually taste the jasmine flower as an undertone to the mango and dragonfruit, but it really tastes delicious and refreshed me! The menu is large and there are many options. Now that I know you can bet I might be stopping by here every time I'm in the plaza!

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Instead of handling a payment issue privately,…read morethe staff chose to yell about it in front of other customers, which was completely unnecessary and embarrassing. If there was a problem with the payment, the respectful and professional approach would have been to speak to me directly and discreetly not make a public scene. Customer service is not just about the product, but about how you treat people. Unfortunately, this place failed badly in that aspect. I will not be returning.

With plenty of parking since it's located in a shopping plaza, this small shaved ice and boba shop may be the only shaved ice in the area. I haven't really searched for any others because Brian's always gets the job done. I remember this was one of the first shops, back in the day, that had the dole whip ("they have the dole whip that Disneyland has!!") and people used to come for that. Now you can get dole whip anywhere but those were good times. They haven't expanded on the size, but they've kept this place up and the service is still excellent. Every time I come in, the seats are clean, if people aren't sitting in them and the vibe is cool. I used to always order a shaved ice, but lately, my oldest and I have been into their boba drinks. My youngest always get a shaved ice with 3 flavors and he loves some sour spray. My oldest always gets a milk tea boba and I switch off between all the milk tea boba flavors. This time I went with the jasmine milk tea and I wasn't feeling that one as much. I am a fan of lavender, caramel, taro, Thai and chai, and my goal is to ultimately try them all. I highly recommend Brian's after all of these years and make sure to grab a stamp card. If you have kids, it'll fill up fast! 10 stamps gets you a free item! OOOOO 5 out of 5 Afros

The counter for ordering looked like a hut with a huge plexiglass window as a barrier. I found this strange since it wasn't a bank but I guess it kept the server safe. A few of the girls got the shaved ice which they liked. *Great place to meet up with friends *Gets busy around 3:00pm when the kiddos get out of school *Perfect for Kids of ALL ages:) *Plenty of parking in the lot - just be very cautious since many drivers are not paying attention when parking or leaving here!
