[Parking]: Free private parking lot with plenty of available spots. [Reservation & Price]: Our party booked an advanced one-hour reservation session on the website from 4 PM to 5 PM on a Saturday. The price is $20 + $0.51 booking fee per adult (ages 16+) for a one-hour session. [Experience]: Our party checked in at the front counter and hung out in the waiting area. The waiting area sells various pug merchandise and also has a touchscreen pinball machine. There is a unisex restroom available. Once our party stepped into a separate pink & clean room, the staff went over instructions on how to handle the pugs. Visitors are allowed to pick up the pugs but cannot carry them while standing. Any pug wearing a pink bandana is available for adoption. Each of us received few free treats to start, but additional treats like pupccino (a small pup cup), sausage treats, or fruit cups are available for purchase. The staff was friendly and was playing fun & energetic background music during the pug session. Our party didn't stay for the entire hour and left around the 45-minute mark because we had a dinner plan afterward. [Conclusion]: Our party had fun playing with the pugs and took plenty of photos. It was a fun and Instagrammable experience & I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who's visiting the Escondido area.

I'm not sure of their name but I believe they work in the kitchen/back, but they don't act like it. Whenever I come in and this person is working I know almost immediately, either by the way they incessantly hover over the poor workers at the front or if I'm getting gypped in my food portions. I understand how stressful a morning rush can be at a small cafe, but I wouldn't call it an excuse for having my meal come out half assed. I've come in during hectic hours on different occasions and not once has my food come out quite as poor. There was one instance when my avocado toast looked like the avocado had barely coughed on the toast. I can't imagine how hard it is on everyone else to have to work with this person as I've had a pleasant experience every other time. The gamble of going in with the chance this person is working is making it not worth it at this point.

We entered and was greeted by friendly faces. I tried their salmon toast and the kids tried their sweet crepe. All very yummy. My husband got something with bacon and eggs on top of hash browns and that was equally delicious. I think this place is better suited to come with a friend or two. Not a huge area for sitting so if you're looking for a place for a large group, you might want to try a different place. Saying that, its such a cute place to meet up with a friend or two or even a casual date. :) I havent tried their coffee, but a lit of people were order them. Next time I'll have to try some.

Now that we live in Ramona, we have been venturing out and trying the different eating establishments. This place is like Cheers, where everyone knows your name. It has a great vibe and decent prices. The plates are HUGE and definitely shareable. I have been here a few times now, and I always really like what I order, with one exception: I am not a fan of their biscuits. I have tried on a few occasions and they do not do it for me. Today's was really not palatable. You can tell it was overworked and not cooked properly. You could still taste raw flour. It stuck to the plate it was on; that's how poorly cooked it was. On the happy side, we had great breakfasts. I ordered something different today, their Au Gratin omelette. It tasted great, but did not taste anything like Au Gratin potatoes. I would order it again. We also had chicken-fried steak with gravy and a chorizo scramble. Both were tasty and super filling. I understand their cinnamon rolls are out of this world. Since I rarely eat sweet things, I have yet to take a bite. Hoping next time I go out with friends, someone orders one. There is outdoor seating, and the establishment is dog-friendly. So bring Fido along and enjoy a meal. *Please excuse the photo. I forgot to take one before I started eating my omelette. You can see how dry the biscuit was in the next photo.

The menu is huge in the best way, with so many options to choose from! Our waitress was incredibly sweet, checked on us just the right amount, and our food came out perfectly. I got the French toast and it was so good! Fluffy, buttery, and the portions were super generous! Also, if you're an iced coffee person, I would definitely recommend! It was massive, tasted great, and they even offered cups so we could take the rest to go! Overall, this place was amazing for breakfast and I'd absolutely recommend it. Can't wait to come back and try the lunch menu next time!
