From the moment I signed up, I was almost immediately reached out to by a driver from Ziply. He was friendly and politely informed me that his vehicle was too small for the job, but that Matt from dispatching would be searching for an alternate vehicle and would be calling me shortly. All of that happened. Not only was my mattress picked up quickly, delivered professionally, but also, the cost was so much more reasonable than what the "tasker" had charged me. Definitely definitely recommend!!!

THIS IS A FRAUD/SCAM ARTIST…read more Our company was attempting to ship items from LA area to Arizona and we did Google searches online to find companies that could give us a quote. One company got back to us extremely quickly and quoted a very low rate of around $350 (1/3rd compared to the other companies). They had us pay the quote upfront and then they picked up our items and called us back that the price would actually be 3x what we originally had paid. They were demanding we pay nearly $1000 to ship the parcel. They told us if we refused and wanted the parcel back we would have to pay a $275 cancellation fee. We obviously were not going to pay and just wanted our items back but they kept demanding payment for services rendered (picking up our stuff, 'weighing and packaging', and then attempting to scam us). We offered to come to pick up the items from wherever they were but they refused and kept deflecting. We refused to pay or sign a CC auth form and told them we were going to report them. They refused to return the items and told us to sue them. We disputed the charges with our CC company and reported them to the FTC. This place stole our items and attempted to scam us to get any fees they could. Their websites and invoices are impersonating a LEGIT company called Worldwide Express and it appears like a complete scam. The ACTUAL name of this company is Worldwide Expedite Inc and they have NO connection to Worldwide Express whatsoever. I contacted Worldwide Express and told them about this company so they can investigate themselves. https://www.courierservicesla.com/ and https://www.wwecourier.com/ and the email listed is Tonyt@sbcglobal.net and office@wwecourier.com.
