I've been using Brian for around a decade and would never change pest control providers at this point. Case in point, today I had to have my crawl space inspected for what I worried was a costly pier and beam repair. Turns out it will be an easy fix, but most relevant to this review is what the foundation rep said about the state of my crawl space. His words, "you must have a great pest control service because I've never seen a crawl space with less bugs, and the ones I did see were dead." When you can, go with a local business who cares. Brian @ Proctor Pest Control is exactly that. Diana, who handles his scheduling etc. is great as well!

I explained to him that the pot was already broken and wouldn't accept the $50 but WOW what a testament to his integrity and honesty. I reached out to Rodent Retreat specifically because they are a local veteran-owned business, not a franchise. The whole team was amazing. I was able to schedule an inspection right away, and the gentleman who came explained different options to humanely remove the raccoon and prevent any other critters (including field mice and roof rats) from getting to the house. Based on the services I selected, they came back several times to repair the eaves, seal up possible points of entry on the roof and around the foundation, set rodent traps in the attic and garage, and sanitize the attic. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and polite, communication was exceptional, and pricing is very reasonable, especially given the high quality of service. They really went above and beyond. I highly recommend Rodent Retreat!
