Hire at your own risk. Never showed up on time, never called to say he would be late. I wasted a lot of my time waiting for him to show. He did put 8 small tin pieces on my roof, put traps in my attic, I had to draw his attention to a hole that was overlooked. He half way tried to repair it. This is all he did and charged me 1000 dollars which I promptly paid.He was supposed to come back and repair squirrel damage but has never showed. He took my 1000 dollars and I haven't heard from him since. He says he has a secretary but stated to me that she doesn't talk over the phone. Shame on him for cheating good honest people. read more

I highly recommend Brian the owner of Rapid Rodent Removal. I called him this morning and he was here same day. We have a barn with a house attached and have an increasing rat population. Brian owns a roofing company, a home remodeling company and a rodent removal business. So he is an expert in structures and how to seal openings. He made a thorough inspection of our property and gave us great relief by telling us it's actually a pretty small problem and easily addressed. Our family cannot sing the praises of Rapid Rodent Removal enough! Over the spring, a family of squirrels decided to make their new home in our attic. For a couple months, we had no idea they were there. Then one evening we heard scratching in the walls of our daughters room. They had broken in from the underside of our roof overhang, and had proceeded to chew several entrance holes for more of their buddies to use and move in with. One call to Brian and our minds were put at ease. Not only did they respond on a busy weekend, but it only took Wayne 1 day to come out and get the estimate done. 3 days later we were completely squirrel free, and after a month I am happy to say none have returned. This business came highly recommended. Good reviews online. I wanted to give them a chance as well. Called the main number a few days ago. A woman took my info and told me someone would get back to us regarding a service call. A few days later we get a text message from the service tech that he could see us on Friday. Today is Friday and he did stop by as scheduled. He showed up and immediately told my husband he couldn't do any work on our property because we have a clay tile roof. Too many critters can access our type of roof. He wouldn't even bother to get into our main attic which is accessible from the third floor of our house. We explained to him that last March we had a huge water leak due to rats chewing on our PEX lines. The rats were the results of the winter storm in February. We built our home in 2008band never had a problem with rats until last spring. We have maintained our tile roof with annual maintenance inspections and repairs. But this gentleman kept going on about roofing issues. And he owns his own roofing company! Why are you moonlighting as a rodents specialist?? Such a waste of our time. Don't bother with these guys, especially if you have a unique house with a tile roof. read more

This guy is a thief. Called for evaluation of rodents on attic. Quoted me 1100 but said he would charge 1000 if I paid at once. Showed me video of a baby mice den full of babies and a huge hole on the side of my house. Said this was an emergency to fix and that I was infested. I called my family member who came in to check because price was too expensive. NO HOLES where visible anywhere in my attic but did see mouse droppings. He basically showed me video of someone else's house. To add insult to injury he sent me an estimate invoice which was quoted at 1200. This is horrible. Took advantage because he knew I hadn't gone up to the attic and was a new and admittedly ignorant home owner. This is the worst. Turns out I had a hole on the metal mesh which my family member fixed for 15 bucks and I never had problems again. He did come off as very nice and polite. read more

I called them last week to come give an estimate for services. States he couldn't make it that day but would come the next evening and text when he was 30 mins out. That evening I asked him if he came, knowing he didn't. Stated he got hung up at the airport getting his mother, I understood. He stated he would be out the next day around 3 and would text when he was 30 mins out. Never showed. Again I text and asked what was up. No answer. Sent more text over a couple of days and was completely ghosted. Would not recommend. read more

Owner came out to my house recently to check the attic for rats. He told me how to patch up a hole that he noticed and put out a couple of traps. I was like, "wow your not going to charge me?" He was very professional and I was amazed that he said that. The reason is that Orkin came out a week earlier and gave me 3 quotes of $2000, $5000, and $16,000. Thank God I called Rapid Rodent. A lot of shady companies out there and I was grateful he was looking out for my best interest. Definitely recommend giving him a shot for your business. read more

I needed a dead animal removal and they were booked for 2 solid days - so could not make it out soon enough. Hire at your own risk. I hired them months ago to rid my house of rats and squirrels. In the beginning they were fine. They did their work and said they would be back to check the traps each week for several weeks. They did not come the next week, or the next, or the next. I made multiple calls before they ever came to check a trap. They did not deliver and were very rude and disrespectful when I called and told them there were still rodents in the attic. Even when we caught a rat in a trap, they insisted that there was not a rodent problem in my attic. They said that gaps in the fascia were not wide enough to allow in a rat, and that the roof turbines did not need to be sealed as they are not entry/exit points. They complained about coming back to do their job as they lived 30 miles from me. What??? They took the job and my money and now I have to solve the problem that I paid them to solve and which they guaranteed they would do. I have had another company out to assess the situation and they said they have never seen work so poorly done. They found multiple places that rodents could enter my attic. I caught another rat in my attic just his week. I am the one who has to set the traps and remove the dead ones. So, unless you want to pay a lot of money and then solve your own rodent problems . . . . don't hire this company. read more
