Great service, very helpful and affordable ! Only takes a few hours to repair a phone, I walked in

Jason really did a great job on my repair. It was quick and simple to fix my iPhone. Definitely recommend this place.

My phone was repaired in less than 30 minutes. I received email updates on the progress. Greta customer service. I will be back.

If you're someone like me, you've probably never given any phone repair place much of a thought. On Friday, I had dropped my phone and nothing but the LCD inside was damaged. Instantly, I knew I had to make a choice. I could either keep my iPhone XR in the current state (unappealing LCD display) or I could fork out more money and time for a newer iPhone. Fast forward to Saturday - the day after the damage, I was able to walk in with an estimate of at least $140 for LCD and Screen replacement (directly from their website). I decided last minute to get a battery replacement as well. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and even knocked off $40 from the initial $80 battery replacement cost. The time I was told my phone would be repaired was about 40-50 minutes. It took exactly that amount of time if not earlier! Once I retrieved my phone I was and still am very pleased with the work! My phones screen looks brand new and I can tell a huge difference with the battery (My iPhone XR original battery capacity was at 80%). I let two of my Apple-user family members know of my experience. They both got their iPhones (6s and 7 for anyone curious) done within a very reasonable price and time. The 6s battery capacity was very slow at 67% and the 7 at 80%. They're both satisfied with the experience as their phones work and charge much better! In conclusion, I would highly recommend this place with their spot on prices, service time, and overall friendly experience! read more

Rapid iPhone Repair - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I paid for battery replacement of my MacBook Pro. After installing two batteries my MacBook was not functioning properly- won't boot up properly and won't load the apps. They reinstalled my old battery and said they would refund my money. Not sure they know how to service MacBook Pro. Now it powers on but no longer functions- can't even open settings. They didn't even clean off the fingerprints from my screen. I regret using this business. read more

Paid $200 to repair screen for iPhone 11 Pro Max. They used a non genuine part. Repair was done in January 2022. Screen is no longer sticking to the phone. Avoid this place. Of course I don't live in Arizona anymore so the warranty is useless. Stay away! read more

The experience at RAPID PHONE REPAIR was GREAT!! Dimitri was personable & professional!!! Thank you for fixing my phone!!

I rarely need phone repairs, so when my iPhone camera glass needed to be replaced I naturally called Apple directly. Let me just tell you, they wanted over half the retail value of my phone to replace a piece of glass smaller than your fingernail. Then I found Rapid iPhone Repair and Dimitri got me squared away. I knew the moment I met him that I could trust his work. Dimitri had my phone repaired in short order and for a fraction of the cost. Can't recommend this business enough. read more

I dropped my phone in the pool, threw it in rice and a piece got stuck in the charging port - I requested a quote and the business quickly responded (within 5 min) to stop on by and to have them take a look. Boom minutes later the technician returns with my phone charging port cleaned out. While they worked on my phone another technician chatted me up. Will be returning with any further repair needs! read more

My iPhones charging Port was not working and they said no problem got it done in less than an hour

Despite the repair experience for the cracked glass on the back of my iPhone being great, I had a ton of issues afterwards. The apple logo on the replacement piece was not in the correct spot, which was minor. The more serious issues were that the sound stopped working the next day, the touch screen had moments it would not respond, and eventually the phone shut off and would not turn on. I had to take it in to Apple and they said the motherboard was damaged and the phone was unusable - ended up having to get a new phone. It was working perfectly fine before and only after the repair these issues arose. I'm sure this place has done great work, but I didn't have the best results. read more

Kris Z. I do not see that in my emailed receipt. The fact of the matter is how your employees handled the situation. If they would have at least apologized for the misunderstanding, then there would be no issue. But both employees could care less about customer satisfaction. I feel like As soon as the store had my money, I was no longer a valued customer. If you would like me to forward you the emailed receipt, please provide me the best email to send it to. Again, the biggest issue is with your employees. I was devalued and unheard. read more

This place saved my small business! They saved our lives literally. FIVE YEARS of marketing media was on a phone that had broken and would not power on. They were able to extract over 9,000 pictures in less than 24 hours for less than $100. Yes, you read that right! Pictures from 2017 until now of all the jobs our company ever did were recovered and extracted -EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!!!!!!! Verizon couldn't help. Everybody else said it could not be done. They started working on it immediately. They kept in constant contact with me keeping me updated. They brought me to literal tears when I was able to see all our beautiful pictures resurrected. I have done tech support for 20 years on a corporate level and I know the real deal when I see it. These guys will have a FAST and AFFORDABLE solution to your problem and will not waste any time resolving it. The gentlemen is very kind, patient, and compassionate. There are no words to express my gratitude. Rapid iPhone Repair SAVED MY BUSINESS!!!!!!!! They will help you too! Open 7 days a week, conveniently located in the mall. read more
