No notification until late afternoon expecting me to drive all the way to Rapid City to pick it up I live approximately 25 miles from Rapid City. There was no notification that my packages would not be delivered this time on a Friday before Labor Day. I am told that it would be delivered on Tuesday, September 5 which would make that vial of insulin unusable. They refused to put it in an Uber or a cab or have someone drive it to me having explained that this medication needed to reach me today as per the contract with the provider. The station manager is of no help. It's not my problem if they can't hire anyone. I was told it was a mechanical come to find out, they actually didn't have a driver for the route. I receive FedEx at my place of work in my town. The driver came today and I asked him about my package and he said it never was on the truck and he obviously did not have a mechanical breakdown. Maybe the problem is the management at the station and perhaps they should be replaced and perhaps maybe they could keep some drivers employed

Some did not wash the soap away from my laundry after a 37 min cycle in warm. Wash price 3.75 quarter/app pay machines Dryers 4.00 quarter/app pay ( didn't use so don't know for what increment of time dryer would run on $4.00) Countertops clean. Plenty of rolling/ hanging garment baskets. Some families allow their children to run around the facility with them. I only note this as my leg was crashed into by a child while I was working on my phone. It would be nice if the attendants would control this a bit better. This is the third package that they've lost and they're all worth $100+. The boss of this facility really needs to review his or her staff as I've never had these issues in bigger cities.
