I think I called here 20 times in one day and no one ever picked up. I go in to the store in-person and service is even worse.

Inquired about mail services, just an inquiry. They asked for payment, (for an inquiry?) ran my card and charged $180 for an annual mail subscription, that turned out to be nonrefundable. They deserve less than one star. read more

If I could give them a worse review I would. The post office charges 30.45 for the service provided by the ups store for over $71.00. Now they say the post office is suppose to give my money back. Do NOT USE THE UPS STORE. read more

It shouldn't have been so difficult to mail a tent home. They tried initially to charge me $240 instead of $75. I knew what the cost was supposed to be but the staff acted like I was out of my mind and didn't understand shipping. I eventually figured out that they were charging me extra to pack the tent in the box they were selling me (even though their website states clearly that there's not an additional charge) AND they were charging an 'oversize package' rate because their box was 48" long. Though 47 3/4" wouldn't have been 'oversized', the manager came up with bizarre reasons to both me and her employee for why the box couldn't be shortened. I finally paid for their $10 box and lengthened the side slits by 2 1/2 inches with my own blade. I then had to buy a $3.50 roll of packing tape (plus tax, of course) just to close the end. When the employee then quoted me $63 to ship the 46" package, the manager rushed over and personally remeasured. She grudgingly capitulated to the size and cost. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because the store itself was clean; the location was convenient; and the package was ultimately shipped for the intended price. The non-manager employees seemed that they would have been helpful but for institutional pressure to upsell, overcharge and gaslightcustomers. Bottom line - it's nice to be able to ship from this location but customers have to be prepared for a shell game. read more

Rushmore Crossing location for printing of bus cards already on file at that location and employee was unable to print. So, she e-mailed and called Hanes Ave location for Assistance and told me to go there. I got there and said they could not print it until the next day. I had spend 30 plus minutes at the other store and then drive over to Hanes ave and it was 45 minutes until closing with 4 employees behind counter At the Hanes location. No other customer in store. I went to office max got order completed in 15 minutes. I am picking up another 500 cards and banner from them. Your loss of business and a bad review. read more

I'm so thankful for this UPS Store location. I needed something printed quickly, and I submitted my request online. UPS sent me a coupon code that didn't work on the website. I figured I needed the work done, so I didn't make a big deal about it. I was running errands, so I stopped to check on my order. I explained the coupon issue, and the manager sprung into action! Before I was done, the manager personally helped me make my project better by using better paper. Then he folded my trifold brochures for me. On top of all of this he gave me my discount that the website wouldn't let me use. This customer is completely happy! You can be sure that I will use their services in the future, and I will advise all of my friends and business associates to do the same! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! read more

Went to mail a heavy package with awkward sizing and USPS downtown had been NO HELP! But when we arrived here, Rachel got us custom-sized boxes and packed them and sent them on their way in a FAST and VERY cost efficient manner. Our buyer was happy they got our merchandise quickly and we were happy with the service Rachel provided. Can't say enough about the service we received from her at this location. read more
