She has to have a wheelchair and has a handicap parking placarded. I pull up to the handicap parking area in front of the building to find this FEDEX driver taking a break in the work truck backed into not 1 but 2 handicap spaces. I backed up and told her to roll your window down as I got my camera ready. He saw this and rolled his window down and said " oh no! Don't take a picture". I said" I'm going to turn you in for parking in the handicap spots" He moved the truck to the other side of the parking lot and sat there while I unloaded the lady and took her to her home. He was still loitering there when I came out. I backed up and rolled the window down to get a photo of the license plate and he took off like the cops were after him, cutting across the parking lot at Love Inc to keep me from getting that photo. Incase you don't know to turn a driver into FedEx on the report a drive web page you need that license number. So here we are, Because I'm reporting him. I did get a photo of his face so that's as good as the license I guess.
