I receive overnight refrigerated packages with insulin every two weeks. In the last five months this station has not delivered several of my overnight shipments with a statement of mechanical breakdown only to find out they didn't have a driver for the route. No notification until late afternoon expecting me to drive all the way to Rapid City to pick it up I live approximately 25 miles from Rapid City. There was no notification that my packages would not be delivered this time on a Friday before Labor Day. I am told that it would be delivered on Tuesday, September 5 which would make that vial of insulin unusable. They refused to put it in an Uber or a cab or have someone drive it to me having explained that this medication needed to reach me today as per the contract with the provider. The station manager is of no help. It's not my problem if they can't hire anyone. I was told it was a mechanical come to find out, they actually didn't have a driver for the route. I receive FedEx at my place of work in my town. The driver came today and I asked him about my package and he said it never was on the truck and he obviously did not have a mechanical breakdown. Maybe the problem is the management at the station and perhaps they should be replaced and perhaps maybe they could keep some drivers employed read more

I have a very steep drive so I bought and installed a drop box at the BOTTOM of my drive at the out house number so there is no mistaking who it was for. Every few months they get someone new and they drive up my drive spinning there tires cutting ruts in it which I have to pay to get fixed and I call tell them all over again not to come up my drive and leave it it the box marked with "Leave pkgs here' Well now Fedex is leaving pkgs a block away from my house at the community drop box used just for USPS. Also it is impossible to get a customer service rep that speaks english and thye refuse to passm me up to a supervisor. read more

Fed ex lost my packages again. Only reason this company is in business is because they brided polictians to get shipping contracts from companies. Sad that this is the only way this company can stay in business read more

FedEx just delivered two large boxes our location. We are not the recipient or address listed on the label. I tried to call the local FedEx, but there is only an 800 number listed. I called the 800 number and was given the usual menu items. None applied and I asked for a representative and the automated answer was they would not connect me to a representative. I then called a local FedEx drop-off location and told them the story. They said they were only a pick-up location and did not have a local contact number. They did give me a number later. read more

My wife is a stay at home mother. She was in the home when deliverer from FedEx came to drop off package. The delivery man didn't even knock, he just put a sticker on the door and ran back to his truck. So I'm left having to pick up the package myself at the shipment center. Well we go back and Andrea has the driver Dylan bring package back. We repacked and shipped changing it from ground to next day. This location was able to do his within 1 hour of close time. I appreciate the care I recently received at fedex. I was in a hurry to get my package there, but while I was waiting to have my package processed, I felt dizzy and nauseous. I sat down on a chair and tried to recover. The agents at the desk were very helpful and concerned, bringing me a glass of water and offering to call someone. After trying to get over my dizziness, I finally allowed them to call me an ambulance. My heart had gone into afib and I was checked into the hospital. The next day my heart corrected itself so I'm better. But I keep thinking how kind your employees were. The manager even came out and flagged down the ambulance for me. Thank you, fedex read more
