Don't use them. They will charge more than you pay by just driving to the UPS store or down to Boyd's and they won't help later if there is a problem. Boyd's has all the packaging materials you need, and you can still get a tracking number from them. Help reduce the USPS deficit and use the post office. Or if you must, the drive to the main UPS store or the fedex. You get nothing from using this organization but less money. read more

Even though I wasn't in the store, a regular customer, or even a future customer (I'm in Arizona), this particular UPS store listened to my story about a missed delivery - over which they had no control but they listed AND provided me with tips on how to get through to a live person with UPS delivery on the 1-800 number. As a result, I was able to get a package back on a truck and delivered again! I am very thankful for the wonderful customer service! read more
