Jerry did excellent work on our computer and laptop when we lived in Rapid City two years ago. I…read morehad my Malwarebytes program through Jerry and it was due to expire in two days. I contacted him and during our discussion I lamented that I'd have to get a new computer, as I'd been told that Windows 11 couldn't be installed on my computer as it was too old. Jerry remembered my computer and said that Windows 11 absolutely could be installed on my computer. With us now living in Texas, I wasn't sure remote access would work from South Dakota. It did - it worked perfectly. Jerry always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is operating as it should be. Jerry saved us over $1,000 today since we didn't need a new computer.
