Come to find out we were being lied to…read moresince 2021 by their office our rates were getting so high and they kept stating it was from an accident my daughter was in 2021. My husband and I have a perfect record no accidents or tickets prior to her accident. State Farm stated we would get one free at fault accident I called them multiple times to try to figure my account out and every time they just said the same thing to me. I felt they were hiding something. They told me that this September 2024 my rates would go down. Well they were lying the whole time because my rates never would've went down. Because my account wasn't being taken care of like Matt stated to us in his office last week. My daughter's accident wasn't the reason our rates kept raising. The reasons were when I got a quote for my husband's truck before we bought they told us the quote but then it wasn't what they told us it was actually much higher and they never called to let us know. We also found out our report that they should be running monthly if not at least once a year to make sure we are getting the best deal for our premium actually hadn't been ran since 2004. I tried and tried to get information from his office and all they ever said was it was because of that accident. I talked to Sheila and Kim the most recent and they both lied to me multiple times. I'd like to know why after talking to those two and others at his office why didn't any of them notice our MV report hadn't been attended to in 20 years?! We went in to meet Matt last week and he was very, very rude and unprofessional to us in his office. He lied to our faces and I decided to call him out on them and he had nothing to say to me because he was caught in at least two lies the 10 minutes we were in his office. He didn't like being called out so he said to us where would you like your account sent. He just handed us off like we were nothing after him being our agent for 21 plus years. That definitely tells you something about his integrity. The only reason I'm writing this is in case anyone else it having issues at his office or things just to seem right. I would definitely look further into the problem don't just let them lie. We were very shocked that Matt would ever be this way.

    3:22 Called Roadside Assistance; got directed to local representative; explained how the starter…read moreon my 2002 Silverado wouldn't function; requested tow truck meet me at my home address and follow me to a location about one mile away on an easy access gravel road to pick up the truck almost immediately received a text with a case number 3:48 Received text indicating 4:47 tow truck arrival time 4:35 unknown call from Cincinnati Ohio; didn't recognize; didn't answer 4:36 Message from Thomas in Cincinnati wanting to know if the road was graveled so they could select a truck that wouldn't get stuck, left a totally worthless call back number 4:41 Call back number did not connect me with Thomas; gave me irrelevant information about four offices in Cincinnati 4:43 Call back to AAA original contact number; reported the problems I was having; representative claimed truck from Olson's Towing was 20 minutes out. 5:21 Received a call from Olson's Towing driver requesting information about the where the truck was located and what the road to access it was like; Told him to meet me at my address and follow me on a good gravel road to my truck 6:00 Olson Towing driver arrived and followed me to the disabled truck 6:25 Truck loaded and on it's way to local repair facility. Why the need for redundant information is beyond me. Speaking of beyond, AAA Road side Service is FUBAR on its best days! Will not renew my membership. State Farm offers roadside assistance without mileage limitations at a much lower cost. Stay away from these clowns! I'm planning on posting this information wherever I can to inform customers just how great AAA is.
