It took him longer than he thought because the old part was corroded and difficult to remove. We called to try to pay the next day and they refused to accept our money for the repair. Great experience with my Freightliner DP motorhome at Floyd's in Rapid City, SD…read more Not every Freightliner facility is RVer-friendly, but Floyd's was both accommodating and helpful when we needed a radiator replacement. This otherwise painful event was made as pleasant as possible by the professional staff at Floyd's. They allowed us to stay in our coach in their well-lit lot and even provided power while we waited for parts. The facility is in a newer area--open, clean, and safe. A breakdown like this while on vacation is stressful and expensive, so finding a welcoming repair facility with understanding staff was incredibly refreshing. If you need repairs or maintenance for your motorhome, I highly recommend Floyd's in Rapid City, SD.
