This was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a $125 radio for my brother's birthday almost month ago and have yet to receive the correct item. They have sent me the incorrect radio twice now and everytime that I contact customer service, I am given a different answer. They have been unhelpful and irresponsible. This error was through no fault of my own, yet they will not expedite the shipping of the correct radio, or even ensure that the correct one is sent. I have spoken with multiple supervisors to no avail. I will never be purchasing another item from Office Depot. read more

My husband ordered a "textbook" to be printed and spiral-bound here for $70. The pages were printed at maybe 60% width, making the actual text extremely tiny and hard to read, and creating off-center pages in different corners of the paper. The ordering process seemed straight forward, we called the print shop to get a quote and email the PDF, and the man on the other side of the line seemed to understand as he assured us it would be fine to print. I was pretty disappointed, but my husband was in desperate need to start studying. I do not recommend this Office Depot for having things printed. read more

I had just printed up approximately 100 Newsletters and 100 Foliage Brochures for the homeowners association and was literally scraping the barrel for ink. In fact, the printer wouldn't print anything else. So I headed to Office Depot to purchase more laserjet cartridges for my HP Color Jet Pro M283 printer. The folks had readily available cartridges in blue, yellow, and magenta, but no black. So, I went up to customer service to order that. by the way, when ordered any cartridges at the customer service desk, you folks literally delivered it to my doorstep. That's service. Anyway, the associate looked on the computer to order and noticed that there were 11 of them but they hadn't been put out yet. So, the supervisor went to the back and retrieved one for me. Left the store happy I was able to complete my shopping experience. read more

Mixed customer service. Called and spoke to very helpful staff member about large-format printing, pricing, paper sizes, and ordering process. Received instructions for emailing order because of an issue with ordering on the website. All was fine until I called in a second time to ask for a second copy to be added to the order. The manager said they had changed their policy and were only taking "big" orders in-person or on-line. This was a problem for me for two reasons: ordering in-person meant a one-hour wait, and this is after a one-hour drive (one way), and ordering online wasn't working. I asked about just printing the original one copy from the email order, but this couldn't be supported either. Long story short, there was no compromise, so I asked to know what the limit was on the purchase amount under the new policy. He wouldn't answer. Asked if he could answer any other questions, so I asked about the policy again. He couldn't give an answer and ended up hanging up on me. This "policy" smells like an arbitrary decision. I will not be using their services for our business again. read more
