They have sent me the incorrect radio twice now and everytime that I contact customer service, I am given a different answer. They have been unhelpful and irresponsible. This error was through no fault of my own, yet they will not expedite the shipping of the correct radio, or even ensure that the correct one is sent. Paying no attention to their surroundings just starts to back up, and if it wasn't for the other driver paying attention it would have been ugly. The passer by, quickly honked his horn and swerved and without missing a beat, the Evergreen employee starts yelling vulgarties and flipping off the other driver. Wow.. couldn't even own up to the fact he nearly caused an accident. If this is how this companies employees act, I figured I'll just take my companies business elsewhere.
