They have sent me the incorrect radio twice now and everytime that I contact customer service, I am given a different answer. They have been unhelpful and irresponsible. This error was through no fault of my own, yet they will not expedite the shipping of the correct radio, or even ensure that the correct one is sent. I have spoken with multiple supervisors to no avail. I will never be purchasing another item from Office Depot.
