That was enough to make us cancel the storage unit since the shown us their reliability right away. When he went in to cancel the storage unit they were no where to be found and when he finally found them they completely ignored his presence for 20-30 minutes! On top of that they kept his money for a storage unit that was never used and only rented for less than a week! We didn't even get a refund for the time the unit wasn't used even though nothing was ever put in the unit. The customer service sucks and I would suggest clearing a spot in the garage or finding a different place to rent a storage unit. They are rude, inconsiderate and unreliable! We would have been better off putting 75 dollars on the ground and lighting it on fire!
