As the President of a company that employs a large blue-collar workforce, I understand labor costs--but I also understand honesty, fairness, and professionalism. This company failed on all three fronts. We ultimately called Locher Plumbing, who were professional, communicative, and ethical. They quickly ordered the necessary part, returned for installation, and charged a fraction of what David's Heating and Cooling demanded. Locher proved that doing right by the customer is possible, and they earned our trust and future business. I cannot recommend strongly enough that others avoid David's Heating and Cooling.
