She absolutely over threaded them and butchered my eyebrows for the next 6 weeks. She remarked that my skin was sensitive while she was threading; yes, my skin is generally sensitive but I had never had a threading hurt this much. I had a feeling that maybe she was over-doing it, but I can't exactly open my eyes while I'm getting hair removed so I decided to trust her. When she showed me the mirror, I didn't even want to look. I paid and left, and immediately started googling for eyebrow pens. It's actually so bad that I don't even want to attach a picture. I asked for a natural clean up and she gave me the stick eyebrows of the 2000s. I've gone here numerous times before. It has never been consistent. Sometimes, they barely thread it. Other times, it looks right and I'm happy with it. Never have they butchered it like this before though; I'm genuinely worried it might not grow back the same now. Extremely unhappy. Despite it being so close to me, I'm never returning.

I'm not sure if it's the type of wax used, but it was taking 4-6 rips with each application to remove the wax, whereas everywhere else I've been it's only ever taken 1-2 tries to remove all of the soft wax applied to one area. Technician was very apologetic and kind but I would definitely not recommend this place for a wax.

First, she persistently tries to up-charge me, for three times the price of service i was getting. Once we agreed the correct price is $10(as listed), she gave me serious attitude from that point on. She then went on to give me one of the most painful threading experiences I've ever had. Not only did it leave my skin bright red(my skin's not sensitive), but there were even a few spots of blood coming through!! I mentioned this to her, and there was no remorse, no apology, just a continued bad attitude. Horrible customer service, horrible threader!
