I was stranded in the middle of nowhere waiting for AAA for hours, when I called Randy's Wrecker, and even though they were short staffed, Mason went above and beyond to come pick me and my car up and get me my on my way again. I had worked a 12 hr. shift at a local hospital and on the way home I stopped by HEB in Taylor. When I got ready to leave I realized I had locked my keys in my van. They called Randy's and he showed up within 15 minutes. Very friendly and professional, he opened my door within 5 minutes. I was exhausted and had to mess with my phone charger to get him paid, and after hearing I worked at a hospital and was exhausted to get home he just smiled and said "Don't worry about it!" I can't say that I didn't feel like an angel had showed up to get me home safely but that's exactly what happened. Thanks Randy! You were an answer to my prayers. read more

My truck was stolen in Florida and it ended up in Taylor TX. Randy's Wrecker got the call from the police dept. to pick up my truck. Randy and Mason helped me by answering a bunch of questions. Since I was in FL and my truck was in TX I had no idea how to get my truck back. They helped me with a lockset since my keys were gone. They always answered the phone when I called. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, didn't help at all.A few days after a car accident I Tried to pick up my car Friday but was told I wasn't able to pay for it and sign for it so that my mechanic could just pick it up later that same day do to only having one car, yet it's Monday and they let me do the same thing they said I couldn't do days ago but still having to pay for the days that past in between. At that the person checking me out misplaced a hundred dollars now I can't even get my change back when he even checked the cameras and saw I gave him the amount I had said I gave him, saying "I'll give you a call back if I find it" I guess because I have a darker colored pigment, I don't get the same 4-5 star treatment as everyone else seems to get here. read more

I would like to say a HUGE Thank You to Randy's Wrecker! My son had just turned out of the high school on his way to give blood and stopped to help a person change a tire. In the process he locked himself out of my car. He was terribly mad at himself. Randy's came out within minutes of being called and got him back in. They refused to charge him. Terrible service. Do not waste your time, just go ahead and call a competitor. Doesn't return calls when he says he will. Lucky if the phone is even answered. Waited four hours before I called him to see about how much longer. Was told that they were slammed with wrecks and it would probably be another two hours. I could hear a tv on in the background. My iPhone map showed very few wrecks (realize that's to Not be taken as gospel). Finally called a competitor and was taken care of professionally and promptly. I realized just now that he never did call back. Don't waste your time with this mess. read more

Randy wrecker is the best. He is the only person I will ever call to tow my vehicles. Anytime I have had someone else tow my vehicle something has gone wrong or I've been overcharged. Randy has towed vehicles for me for 10 years and I've never had a problem good service, good price. And no matter what you leave in your vehicle it will still be there when you get to your car. Michael w/ Randy's Wrecker showed up within 20 minutes of my call for a tow. My aged mother was with me and was not physically able to step into his truck for the ride back to our house where our car was to be towed. Michael contacted one of his coworkers and five minutes later we were on our way home in the lower riding truck. Both workers were polite and patient (particularly given my mom's physical limitations). When we arrived at our house with the disabled car, they went even further in providing stellar customer service by examining our engine for any obvious problems. The fee of $40 for the tow was quite reasonable and the service was exemplary. Would definitely recommend this company for others to use. read more

Randy was awesome, may angel with a cool mustache! Last Monday morning and the car would not start.. ugh. I knew it was the battery but kept trying to start it. My husband showed up and he tried to start it, we tried jumping it and still did not start then the key got stuck in the ignition. I called Randy's and left a message about needing a tow to the dealership. Randy called me back within 5 min and was at my house in less than 15min. When I told him the key was stuck he said it's your battery. Gave me a jump and the car started. RELIEF!!! After some great advice and a handshake he was off, no charge. read more
