Jemma is not a bad person, I think she means well, but her lack of responsibility and accountability during the home buying process was horrendous. It started with her setting me up with Azaad from Zillow, Jemma stated that Azaad was awesome and that she's used her before. Azaad was so bad that I had to switch lenders due to major complications, one being she had set me up using a conventional loan instead of my VA home loan. That caused me to start the whole paperwork process over and complete the logistics once again, anybody who has purchased a home knows how stressful and tedious it can be. Then we close, Jemma's job is to get ALL the keys and items I need when giving the keys to the house, not only we're not all the keys left, but the home warranty wasn't paid. This lack of responsibility has caused severe burdens on me, and she now states it was out of her control. This is the 3rd home I bought, I've spoken to my past real estate agents and they agree that all the keys and process could've been resolved if Jemma would've done a better job. Again, it is not personal but don't put yourself through unnecessary stress and continued stress like I'm dealing with. Fine a true proessional

I reached out to Sonia Bonilla at My Home Group/TKay Group; we live in the same neighborhood, and had briefly met months before as she walked the neighborhood and gave out her business information. Within a few days we convened with Sonia along with Tina Valiant. They understood our needs, provided advice on preparing our home for showing, and kept us informed as the home-selling process began. We knew the market was beginning a downturn; they didn't offer us any pie-in-the-sky stuff, just lots of solid advice and optimism. Our home went on the market on a Friday, followed by an open house on both Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, we had an offer! This felt like a miracle, in all truth. Sonia stayed in regular contact with us through the next weeks as the process continued, mediating with the buyers' realtor and helping us to arrange some repairs. For the first two weeks I tried to do it myself using the current modern apps and that was a BUST! The lack of returned calls and no-shows for the open houses were miserable. A friend watching the struggle referred us to Josh Jenkins from HomeSmart. This put us at ease as the last realtor who got us into a house 4 years earlier was also with HomeSmart. Josh went to work and he lined up a dozen walkthrough appointments and helped us create a neat and organized portfolio. With inventory at numbers less the 2k homes in the area we were searching and 200+ people migrating into Arizona weekly it was a tough go... The best part in my opinion though, was how they can bring down realtor jargon to a level I could understand.
