She was always available to us when we had questions (and we tried not to monopolize or abuse her time). We were very particular about what we wanted in our house, and she did a tremendous job of showing us only places that met our criteria. She didn't try to push us to consider homes that weren't what we wanted. It's our intention to make the house we purchased our long-term residence, so hopefully we will not need her assistance in the future.
