Elyus and Jeremy are a team of realtors serving the Phoenix area and its surrounding cities…read more Although I primarily worked with Elyus, I had a chance to meet both of them and can say that they are both hardworking, detail-oriented, and great listeners. I know that they both can either help you buy or sell your property. In my case, I was first time home searcher and Elyus helped me through the entire process. First, him and Jeremy took a good hour out of their day to meet with me at a location close to me to discuss the entire home buying process as well as listening to the parameters of my search. As I've interviewed several other realtors, I can say that Elyus and Jeremy were the best listeners of the ones I've talked to. It is important to note that if you are first time home-buyer like myself, you really want to shop around and talk to multiple realtors and lenders to find someone that you believe will do the best job to help you. Once you find a lender you like, then get a pre-qualification form from them so that you can let a real estate agent know that you're serious about purchasing a property and begin touring places. I already knew what areas I wanted to live in and what properties I'd like to tour so Elyus handled the scheduling beautifully and I put him through a gauntlet of seeing 12 properties back to back in the span of 2 days. Elyus was always early and gave me a few tips and tricks on items to give attention to while touring places. In the end, I was able to find a place I really liked and with Elyus' advice, I was able to bid and win a condo at $5,000 less than the listing price; a feat that is extremely rare in a 2022 marketplace where people are bidding over the listing price. I can tell you that one of the places I looked at got a bid that was $45K over the listing price. Overall, Elyus checked in with me constantly to make sure all of my questions/concerns were answered and would happily recommend Elyus and Jeremy to anyone looking for real estate agent services. I had a…read morevery specific kind of home in mind, in an area that literally spanned only half of a zip code, and with a fairly challenging budget. I communicated all these requirements to Nate up front, but he never once discouraged me that what I wanted wasn't doable and immediately set out to help us achieve our goal. His communication was like texting with a friend, prompt and eager to help. He was also very flexible with meeting me on a moment's notice to look at homes. From start to finish of getting our prequalifications, Nate found us the perfect house, negotiated to what we could afford, and closed the deal with keys in our hands in less than 30 DAYS. I can't say enough about his enthusiasm and how easy he made every step of this process. I was admittedly so stressed about getting this home because I just kept thinking "no way, this has been way too easy, this is too good to be true" and waiting for some snag, but there never was one. Nate handled everything for us and made it happen without a single glitch. If you are buying a home, whatever your requirements may be, I highly recommend him as your agent. I am certain that if we used someone else we would not be where we are today enjoying our dream home. Thank you, Nate!
