He pushed us really hard to compromise what we wanted seemingly because he just wanted to get the deal done to get paid. He and his broker assured us the office was always there to help us, even after close. We had a complicated escrow with some issues after closing and reached out to him for help but his response was "There is no reason to include me anymore." Worst ever experience selling a house!! We were selling our house to move out of state and felt totally used by this agent. During their sales pitch they claimed they would help us sell a refrigerator in the garage or take care to make sure our house photos were good or keep an eye on the house to ensure it was showable. The photographer they selected was terrible ( I could have taken better pictures with my phone). The photographer couldn't even bother adjusting blinds for a better photo or choose a better angle. My husband was in town for a few days while the house was up for sale and found our agent did nothing after viewers and other agents had brought our kids metal dirty trucks into the living room and run them around half the house. A lightbulb outside was out and instead of replacing it we got written up in the inspection that 'electrical light outside non functioning' . Obviously people left the light on during showings! Before closing after the house was under contract for for 30k below what we listed it for, I called the agent office about selling our spare refrigerator that was in the garage ( plugged in and fully functional). They told me I needed to put it by the curb and let the trash pickup take it. Not only that, they told me I was obligated to because I couldn't leave it in the house. I had already moved 1000 miles away and the refrigerator was functioning and only a few years old?!?!?. I ended up leaving the refrigerator for the new owners because this agent was useless and uncaring of our stressful situation. No empathy or care from this agent and they were more concerned about the buyers than us. They were just interested in churn and burn of clients. Run away from this agent!! read more

So I mostly worked with their office manager Wendy, but Rachael was also very welcoming and knew her stuff. Buying a house can be pretty tough in AZ (homes can sell fast and its easy to get your heart broken). Rachael and Wendy did a good job of setting expectations for me so I wouldn't be disappointed. They also helped out with the mortgage side where I thought I would be pretty much on my own. They can refer you to all the people you need to know when you get a home, which is really handy and something you don't get with an agent who doesn't have a good team to back them up. Rachael's team is awesome. I used her as my listing agent and everyone on the team has a special job and it really shows. Kristi came over and did the listing presentation and I was very impressed. Out listing included photography (this was with an outside company) and a staging consult that pointed out a lot of little things I would not have noticed on my own. Pro tip: make sure to do the staging appointment at LEAST 3-4 days before the photos so you have time to use all the suggestions the girl gives you or you will be kicking yourself. 3 days was really pushing it for me but I wanted the house on the market ASAP so I made it work. I also think Rhonda did a really good job getting feedback from people who had seen the house. This is a crucial piece of the selling process because it allows you to tweak the home based on what impartial people say about it. They also have a team member who is ONLY a negotiator and she is GOOOOOOOD!!! Overall I would highly recommend because of the team approach they use. read more

This company cold calls off some bought phone list. I received multiple, unsolicited phone calls and texts asking if I was selling my home. I've never worked with them, I do not even own a home and I never consented to this. The only way they could have my number or any connection to a home in the area is if they are using stolen or bought calling list data in order to make these calls. It's an unprofessional way to look for new customers and incredibly annoying when they continue to contact multiple times. I would not trust a business that uses these kinds of practices. read more
