Lindsay is awesome! She helped my girlfriend and I find our dream home! This was my first home buying experience, and as everyone knows...the uncertainty of the process can be very stressful! From the very beginning, Lindsay successfully managed my stress...she made the search process fun! She did a great job of asking the right questions to narrow the search, and continued to gain a better understanding of what my girlfriend and I were looking for along the way, even though we didn't totally understand what we wanted :) We actually managed to find a house we loved within a couple weeks. Then came the real uncertainties. I had no clue how to bid for a house, but Lindsay was an excellent advisor in helping us choose a price that was reasonable for ourselves and the seller. I was nervous because we made a contingent offer on selling my girlfriend's house, but we entered contract within a few days! But little did I know that was far from the end of the process. I didn't know there would be so much work to do from coordinating with the lenders, inspectors, and negotiating concessions from the seller. But Lindsay handled all of it.
