They haven't had to do anything, and I mean, they have done nothing, except the a/c. But here we are in the hottest part of summer, and no a/c. We have a $618 electric bill for last month when it was still so freaking hot in here, you couldn't even stand to sleep. This has been an ongoing problem, most recently starting 2-3 months ago. They've offered nothing...NOTHING. So could we get a hotel? Can someone pay the electric bill?? It looks like we are stuck in this nice, hot ass house. The primary reason we chose this property was access to the outdoor amenities, including the pool and spa. However, the rental agent was already aware as early as August 2025 that these facilities would be closed for maintenance starting December 1 for approximately five weeks. Despite this, we were not informed prior to signing our 2.5-month lease. We only learned about the closure in mid-December after raising concerns ourselves. When we brought up the lack of transparency, the agent refused to release us from the lease, leaving us stuck paying for amenities we specifically chose but could not use. To make matters worse, the agent and other employees entered our unit without prior notice or authorization and discarded some of our personal belongings. This was both unacceptable and a serious breach of trust. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. You may be better off booking through a platform like Airbnb for more reliable communication and accountability.
