First, she is professional. You can tell this isn't her first rodeo, and she deftly navigated various challenges we encountered during our buying process. She is very knowledgeable, not just in geographic areas, but also the process. She did her due diligence in evaluating the conditions of houses (since we could not initially tour them in person) as well as comparables in the market. Even past our closing, we've continued to occasionally ask her for recommendations for various services. She has not once steered us wrong. She also had to play psychologist and cheer us up when our first offer was declined and the sellers chose another buyer. Throughout the process, she was the rock that we could lean upon. I'm pretty sure we didn't get any special treatment in this process - that she treats all of her buyers and sellers this way. She was always available to us when we had questions (and we tried not to monopolize or abuse her time). We were very particular about what we wanted in our house, and she did a tremendous job of showing us only places that met our criteria. She didn't try to push us to consider homes that weren't what we wanted. It's our intention to make the house we purchased our long-term residence, so hopefully we will not need her assistance in the future.
