I've worked with many agents over the years and I can honestly say that Kimberly runs circles around them. Call her, you will be glad you did!!!

You will not be sorry to have Myranda represent you!…read more We had a new built home that was 7 months old, when we found out we had to move to the East Coast. I had contacted the Realtor that helped us buy the house (via the military) and she did not give us the confidence we needed to sell. Then....I did my research and found Myranda. Our home took longer than expected to sell...due to the fact that the Builder decided to saturate the market with new builds that we struggled to compete with. In the 9 months it took to sell....Myranda was on top of it weekly. She always kept me in the loop and gave sound advice. Her experience in Marketing my home was top notch. She is a no nonsense woman and know her stuff! There wasn't one time where I felt I made a bad decision in choosing her. Closing was flawless and since we were out of State, she handled EVERYTHING. She truly goes that 'extra mile'. My only regret was that I wasn't able to bring her with me to be my buyer's agent.
