I received a recommendation to use Danny and his Myriad My Home Real Estate Group from a friend when wanting to purchase a house in her neighborhood. This team, and truly a definition of team, was fantastic. Dan, Morgan and Dana all worked in sync with each other to cover all my needs. The particular home I wanted was in need of a lot of inspection, and they were right there helping me along. Morgan's organization of all the documents, a daunting task, was impeccable. I cannot say enough positive things about Myriad Real Estate Group! Danny was the perfect agent. He helped make a very complicated, difficult process as easy as possible. He is very knowledgeable, and was able to answer our questions and guide me through the process. In addition to getting me through the process of selling in Scottsdale, Danny gave me great referrals for handyman and other services to make sure my house was in great shape for showing. He also provided other services that other Relators didn't, or charged for. Despite the market being a little crazy right now, because of Danny made the process easy and fast. Danny approached it all with a great sense of humor, calm demeanor, and a positive attitude. He was always upfront and realistic, yet maintained confidence that I would sell my house for a great price. And he did! It was just 1 month from the house going on the market to the close, which is absolutely amazing! I have bought and sold several homes. I had some hesitations as I had a bad experience with a Relator years before. But Danny addressed my concerns and did whatever was necessary to I felt entirely comfortable about working with him. I've never had the follow up and consistent communication like I received with Myriad Real Estate Group. Danny or Sabrina (she's a total sweetheart!) would check in just to make sure I had no questions. And no matter what my question was, if they didn't have the answer, they got me to me very fast. But I didn't have a lot of questions because Myriad made the whole process so smooth. I've never had a home sale or purchase go this easily. He truly exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Myriad Real Estate Group to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home in the Phoenix area. read more

We chose Danny and his team to help us buy a home this year because they had sold our home three years ago and done an excellent job. We knew going in that the Phoenix housing market was hot and competitive. Danny and his team worked with us to make sure we saw listings right when they came on the market. They worked with our work schedules (my husband and I both work full time) and were willing to meet us on weekends and evenings. When it came time to make an offer Danny helped us put together a competitive offer and we ended up with our dream home in our dream neighborhood! Danny and the myriad team were patient and showed us so many listings. They were knowledgeable, Professional, kind, and responsive. We are so happy with our current home and grateful we chose a realtor who could make it happen. read more

What sets Daniel Brown apart from other real estate professionals is his knowledge of websites and Internet marketing that put my late parents' Sun City West condo in front of as many eyes as possible. Danny knows that many potential buyers looking at retirement communities live far away and search the Internet for potential year-round or winter homes, initially. They may schedule weekend visits or set aside a few days while vacationing in the Phoenix area to see several properties in person. That's why a strong online presentation with professional photography that feature a property's highlights is vital for sellers here. The results regarding my condo: more than a thousand views, one price drop and a full price cash offer after less than three weeks, closing two weeks later. Danny followed through with all aspects of contingencies, which were minimal but could have tripped up negotiations if mishandled. He provided experienced advice and guided negotiations flawlessly. His colleague, Myriad's Listing Agent, Sabrina Huelga did a supreme job overseeing inspections, the installation of new flooring, and clearing out of all furniture (including moving heavy items herself when painters showed up on short notice). Sabrina followed up diligently with all aspects of getting the condo ready for showing while I was at work, hundreds of miles away. Together, Danny and Sabrina at Myriad Real Estate Group (MyriadAZ.com) make an unbeatable team; they are thoroughly professional, always available, and possess great awareness of market nuances. They will represent you exceedingly well. Chuck C. read more

Danny and his entire team at Myriad were awesome with selling our existing home and helping us find our new one. The market has been crazy so finding our new place required that we act quickly. Madeline was great in accommodating our schedules and getting us in to places we wanted to see. After a few places going under contract before we could make an offer, we finally found the one for us. She advised on key steps to help enhance our offer on the house. Once under contract we had to quickly sell our house. Danny gave us tips on what to stage and adjust to maximize the features of our home. We listed on a Tuesday and had 4 offers in 24 hours. We ended up selling 12K over our list price! We were super excited with Danny's ability to have the offers compete with one another. Morgan, Abigail, & Dominick were all doing their part in the background making this a far less painful experience. While I am grateful our home sold as quickly as it did, the entire process of buying/selling like this and having to close on the same day was super stressful. Once again Danny was able to help, getting the buyer to allow us to rent our home back after the closing so we had time to pack and move. I have known Danny for a little over three years now. Its easy to see that he and his team are all rockstars, but this was my first personal experience working with them. I didn't realize how many moving pieces there are behind the scenes and we couldn't have been happier with how everything was handled. If you are looking for someone to help you buy or sell a home, you value communication, and being treated like a priority, then you can stop looking. We found Myriad Real Estate Group through Yelp as it had very high ratings. Myriad Real Estate Group deserves the highest praise and are as good as they appear to be. First of all, we would like to say a big thank you to Renae and Danny as they were our primary contacts. Myriad Real Estate walked us through the purchase of our first home from beginning to end and we mean that both metaphorically and literally. When we first contacted Danny on Memorial weekend we were happily surprised when he agreed to meet with us on a day that is typically meant as a break from work. Danny is professional, pleasant, and knowledgable in real estate. Knowing that we were new to the home buyers scene, he took the time to educate us through the whole process before even agreeing to work with them. They are true to being customer focused as they really do care about the choices that any home buyer makes, regardless of whether they are their agent or not. Furthermore, our house hunting was done with Renae as Myriad Real Estate works as a team and she made herself available at our convenience. We could not begin to describe the incredible experience we had with Renae. She made sure to always give us her honest and thorough opinions of all the homes we looked at which helped us make educated and wise decisions. She was there through all the good homes, bad homes, and in between homes, up until we found our PERFECT home! She helped through the whole home buyers transaction and always kept us in the loop. She never failed to inform us and never left us with additional questions. She really knows what she is doing and does it well. Sept. 23rd we got the keys to out FIRST HOUSE and she was there to capture the moment, along with our dog!!! Their services do not end as soon as the transaction is closed. They continue to make sure you are comfortable and happy! They also include referrals to handymen, plumbers, and anything that a home owner may need. They made our first time home buyers experience a memorable one and we are so happy that they were part of it! They are the only agents we would work with!!! Thank you Myriad! read more

Myriad Real Estate Group - Thank you Myriad, especially Danny and Renae! - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

My experience with Myriad Group was very energetic, professional, and highly recommended. Nick Truong from Los Angeles referred to Julia Peckham who became my Arizona agent.. Julia was off and running nonstop as we searched for my perfect home. My wait wasn't long before I set my sight upon several homes, as Julia would go straight out to the property and video them for me since I'm in Los Angeles, What?? What agent would do that for their client weekly, not any I know!! Did I say NONE!!! Anyway, we worked together until I closed just recently, I know Julia is truly glad as I am too. HeHe!!! The staff at Myriad Group also step -up when Julia wasn't available, the owner Daniel Brown reached out immediately and let me know that his team was here for me . I met Morgan via email and phone because she's the glue that keeps the agents' paperwork and referrals updated .. Thanks, Morgan!! Then there's Mitch the newbie on the block that fits in perfectly with this team, he was available always for me when I came in town and Julia was unavailable, Thanks Mitch for running around with me!!! Please know I am very please with Julia, Daniel, Morgan, and Mitch for making my move from Los Angeles, Ca to Scottsdale. Az to become a reality.. Highly recommended !! Thanks again for your support !! Dee!! read more
