Tomi has now made possible the purchase and sale of three different investment properties for me over the last 7 years. Her professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge of real estate contract law, and availability when questions arise give me more peace of mind than most other professional relationships I've had in a myriad of industries. In addition to her superior qualifications as a realtor, she has one of the kindest hearts I've encountered on Planet Earth. With a percentage of proceeds going toward Conservation International, a cause that matters so much to me, this is just one example of how Tomi is a local realtor with a global perspective. read more

We can't thank Tomyal Emptage, aka Tomi, enough for her honesty and authenticity. We were in need of a relocation, from CA to Flagstaff, AZ. Knowing NOTHING about Flagstaff, other than it being a great vacation spot, Tomi took the time to really educate us. It was evident she cared! (We especially loved that she has such a big heart for animals) Tomi invested A LOT of time showing us different properties and explaining market trends. We can't thank her enough for her time, and for taking so much pride in her profession. She's such a class act! Cheers to your continued success, Tomi. read more

We purchased our dream home with Tomyal. This was our first time buying a house and she helped make everything seem so easy. We were very intimidated at first, just not knowing the language and legal stuff around buying a home. There was another offer on the table and Tomyal fought for us, and we still paid under asking! She is so professional and knowledgeable in her field, I can't recommend using her as your real estate agent enough! read more

When Tomi was referred to me, I didn't know anything about her or her team. I needed to sell my mom's condo following her passing from my home on the east coast. It was a very stressful situation, requiring estate sale management, several contractors, etc. Tomi and her team were absolutely amazing every step of the way, from referring trustworthy contractors to extensive negotiations with the buyer's agent. She even personally helped me find a no-kill shelter for my mom's cats. Totally above and beyond service and professionalism. By far the best realtor I have ever met (I have bought and sold 8 homes), she is the best! read more

Working with Tomi was a pleasure. We found her to be organized, trustworthy, knowledgeable about the market, honest with her opinions, and assertive but not pushy. She consistently went above and beyond, willing to spend the time needed to prepare for showings, perform research, and cover for the many on-site inspections/repairs we were unavailable to attend. Her ability to effectively communicate our concerns and offers, along with her ability to establish a productive working relationship with the seller's agent allowed us to move quickly through the negotiation process and inspection phase. Tomi made the home-buying process smooth and fun, despite us being 1,800 miles away. We look forward to staying in touch with Tomi now that the transaction closed. read more

Going into the home buying process, my fiance and I were very overwhelmed and weren't sure where to start. After a co-worker referred us to Tomi, things started to turn around quickly for us. She gave us the knowledge and support to boost our confidence about the whole process and was always just a text or phone call away anytime we had questions. During home tours she provided an honest perspective and helped us identify the pros and cons of each property, helping us to fine-tune our preferences along the way and providing valuable input. I never felt any pressure from her and could tell she genuinely had our best interests at heart. Even amidst the craziness of COVID-19, she was happy to help us any way she could and gave us the time and space we needed to find the right fit. Tomi has sold 3 homes for us last month alone, with another to go and yet another Land sale pending as we speak. I wouldn't dream of using another agent.
