A little after the 2-hour mark, I called to check in. The guy I spoke with was nice and said they were busy and it would be another hour. I told him no problem. After waiting another 2 hours, I called again and got sent straight to voicemail. I called 9 more times, all spread out about 10-20 minutes apart, with no response. After waiting over 5 and a half hours total, they finally told me they weren't able to do the job. I don't know if this was a one-time issue or not, but I personally wouldn't rely too much on this company for timely or dependable service.

We have been very satisfied with their service. In fact as I type this they are just now leaving my residence where they replaced a faulty battery. The nearest crew to be dispatched to me to jump and test the battery (which had a bad cell and needed to be replaced) did not have the right size battery for my truck in their vehicle, so they called another nearby crew finishing up another call who did --- and brought the battery to them so they could complete the job. Their crews were very professional & polite and - from the moment I contacted AAA, they updated me on their ETA via text message and cell phone calls, and they were very communicative when they arrived on the scene, diagnosed my problem, and then called another truck to deliver the battery I needed. Based on my experiences I would highly recommend them. I find it strange that all of their reviews here are either Five Star or One Star reviews - given that I have had multiple experiences with them over many years and would rate all of them at "Five Stars."

In the mean time, they loaned me a car to use until my car was returned. I was told my car would be ready in 3 weeks, but it was repaired and returned in 2. They also waived my deductible. We found when we got there that he had added more to the price and things still did not work. We left it for another month. They finally called and said it was ready and that everything was fixed. We got there and the price had changed again and it still did not work. So we left again and waited several more weeks. They called again and said it was ready. When we got there he wasn't there and the price had changed once more. Half of the things still did not work. We could not get a refund for the items not fixed. He would not give us the keys until we paid more money. He told us then that we didn't know what we were talking about and that in Texas the auto mechanic can do anything they want and you have no recourse. We were forced to leave and leave our motorhome there. He said he had a lawyer on standby at all times. We were told to take the mo9torhome and not bother him anymore and pay him more money. At this time he has the motorhome and will not give us any of our money back unless we give him more money. We started all of this so it would be fixed and we could sell it because we are elderly, living on social security only and we needed the money. He is the owner and his name is Corey Ebert.

I called on Friday afternoon and left a message. Jim called me back in less than 10 minutes and after a brief discussion we had scheduled an appointment for 9:30 the next day. Jim arrived right on time and couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. He had the regulator replaced within minutes and we chatted for awhile after about the ups and downs of trailer ownership.
