Also got a "discount" off a large bill because they kept my car for a week instead of a couple of days so they "paid the other part out of their pocket"... or the original amount was overcharged? I contacted triple a since I had a card with them they never got back in contact with me nor answered any of my calls . Thank you thank you to STERLING TOWING, driver and dispatch for being such sweet people of helping me when I was basically stranded at 1am yes I didn't get picked up till 3:30am but they stayed updated with me and got me home . I was upset and frustrated and they did everything to help me . All I wanted was to get home and they made that happen ! Y'all are amazing best money on a tow I spent ! If I ever get stranded like that again I will be calling them and you should to . Obviously I had to wait a couple hours but that's how it is sometimes with them having to help everyone else is well. Still a great place to call when you need the tow . They didn't go over the price the dispatch gave me which I was very thankful! Found a company that advertises on the radio all the time about coming out to your home and fixing your breaks. That company did everything in their power not to come and fix my brakes. So I kept looking and ran into JMR mobile mechanics. Talked with the technician he said he would be there later that day and he did he showed up just when he said he would. The technician diagnose what was going on with my truck told me that he would need to get the part he would be back on Sunday morning.
