One thing I noticed was the scheduling challenge for Dr. Nguyen when patients come in, there are random issues that affect individual patients, so the amount of care needed per patient varies. This means scheduling may get delayed or be early for later patients. Some requiring more care and some less. However, Dr. Nguyen always puts in 110% effort to ensure his patient understands the procedure and aftercare requirements. I waited 40 minutes for the extraction and he cancelled the root canal twice -- once while I was already in his office for the procedure and another time by phone. I went to a different dentist who showed me the exray that indicated no root canal was necessary. Dr. Galang told me the tooth he extracted was loose but he had a very difficult time removing it so I'm skeptical that it was necessary. I made a very poor decision based on the fact that he took my insurance.
